I was busy riding my train of thoughts when a pillow suddenly hit me. I flinched and sat up straight, looking at my attacker.

Seongjun.

Typical.

"What did you do that for?" I said, slightly annoyed by his sudden action.

"Oh? You can talk?" Seongjun faked a surprised face.

"Quit that and answer my question" I frowned.

"I did that to snap you out from spacing out. You're oddly quiet today and you keep worrying me"

"Spacing out?"

"Of course, you were staring into nothingness and you're weirdly quiet"

"oh"

"What even went on with you earlier morning? You kept sleep walking and you wouldn't wake up until Leeseong held you in place and shook you awake"

I kept silent and turned away from him, not feeling like answering him. I felt Seongjun nudge my head with the pillow again.

"Hey, don't ignore me. I'm talking to you y'know" he pulled on my sleeve,

"Look at me and tell me what's on your mind"

I stared at him for a few seconds to which he responded with a raised eyebrow, as if saying 'are you telling me or what'. I sighed and moved my body to face him fully.

"You do know that I may or may not want to spill everything to you because I might feel upset about the topic right?"

"And? I couldn't care less. Just tell me everything already so I know what to do with you. I could at least help you out" He reasoned, his eyebrows joining together as he frowned and clutched the pillow he was holding.

"Fine.. You won't stop bugging me anyway"

"I'm glad you know" He smirked and I flicked his forehead.

"Hey, take me seriously if you want me to tell you"

"Okay, okay, I'm sorry" He rubbed the back of his neck and replaced the smirk with a look of seriousness.

"Where do I start—"

"About the thing that happened earlier morning, and what you were dreaming of. Do you still remember the dream you had?"

"mhm"

"Start there then. I won't utter a word" Seongjun straightened his back and placed the pillow on his lap.

"Okay? So.. the dream.. the day was today, if that makes any sense"

"I get it. Go on"

"I thought you said you weren't gonna say anything??"

"I won't now. So get back to your storytelling"

"Alright.."

And so, we spent several minutes with me telling Seongjun everything while he just listened silently and would say something in between my sentences.

It was… refreshing to say the least. This is the first time I had done something like this with Seongjun. He's a really good listener despite him being sarcastic all the time. He can be pretty serious if he wanted to.

A few more minutes and I was done filling him in. He told me I might want to say more and I was holding myself back, but I insisted that I really was done.

"How can you even imagine how mom and dad would look like now? They've been gone almost our whole life"

"I'm not sure how either.."

"I actually thought you were just walking around with your head down because you're practically a zombie everytime you wake up"

"This was the first I had sleepwalked right?"

"As far as I know, yes. I'm surprised you didn't go rolling down the stairs when we saw you. Shame. A part of me wanted to see you come crashing down the stairs and see you waking up all confused" Seongjun held back a laugh. I hit him with the pillow he was using.

"And here I thought you were actually not mean this time" I hissed while holding the pillow above my head, preparing to hit him again if he made another rude remark.

"Alright, you can put the pillow down. Geez, you've gotten stronger for some strange reason"

"Ji-Rae, Seongjun. Start getting ready! We're about to go to the airport later" Joonsung called from upstairs, "Are you two hungry?"

"We aren't brother!" I replied back.

"We're leaving already? I haven't even got to charge my phone yet. Plus I don't feel like going to Korea" Seongjun crossed his arms.

"There you go again with your 'I don't want to go to Korea' speech. Then when Leeseong comes and answers you, you say 'fine, okay, you can stop' all the time" I smirked at him, to which I got a small frown from him.

"I hear you, I hear you"

"Oh, looks like I got a different reply now"

"Seriously though, I'm going to miss this house. Imagine, all our memories of our childhood, and everything else would be left here…"

"You're right…"

"But, I guess there's no use in sulking around. Come on, let's get ready. If we don't, Joonsung might get upset" Seongjun stood up and pulled me up to do the same too. He proceeded to pull me up the stairs and into my room, before leaving me there and going to his own room.

I sighed and took a last glance around my room.

'I'm gonna miss this house… I wonder what will happen here once we're gone'

▪︎Timeskip▪︎

"Is everyone ready?" I heard Baekjun's friend ask us.

"Certainly" Leeseong replied, keeping his eyes on the scene outside the window. Baekjun's friend insisted he take us to the airport after knowing that we were now flying to Korea. He had a van and convinced us to let him drive us to the airport.

All our things were in the backside of the van and we just sat wherever. I chose to sit next to Leeseong because he's often quiet and the atmosphere around him just seems calmer. Of course, there's Joonsung who is like that too, but he would most likely start up a conversation to pass the time. And I don't like talking that much when we're in a vehicle.

Baekjun is pretty silent too, but I can't help but feel a bit tense around him. As for Seongjun, he's the same. He's quiet too. But he always has music blasting through his headphones. It's so loud that I can even hear it by just sitting next to him.

Meanwhile Man Weol, he would keep on talking to me even if I don't respond. If I ever fell asleep next to him, he would take pictures of my sleeping face and poke me relentlessly until he would eventually wake me up.

I just really like the atmosphere Leeseong has. It makes me relax and feel calm. If I ever fell asleep on him and suddenly wake up, he would tell me to lean on him or even wrap my arms around him if I wanted to. If I didn't do at least one of them, he would do both to me and sleep. Eventually, I would fall asleep as well and he'd wake me up if we arrived to wherever we were going to.

While we were now on the road, I began to feel sleepy because Leeseong was silently humming a calm tune. My eyes began to feel heavy and they eventually shut close.

▪︎Timeskip▪︎

I heard two people arguing and I felt a person next to me keep moving. It eventually woke me up and I opened my eyes. It was Leeseong and Man Weol.

"Look what you did. You woke her up!" Leeseong argued.

"Me? You were the one that kept moving around when you knew she was leaning into you!"

"How could I not move when I was trying to block your phone's camera? You wouldn't stop taking pictures of her with your flash on!" Leeseong fumed.

"Brother… Stop it already. I'm sleepy and my head suddenly hurts as if it's torn apart in half" I groaned.

"Go back to sleep, kultaseni. I'll try not to move again" I felt Leeseong put his hand on my head, softly petting it. I wasted no time to close my eyes and go back to sleep.

▪︎Timeskip▪︎

I slowly woke up to see a reserved Leeseong staring out the van's window. He must have felt me move because he turned to me and patted my head.

"How is your head? I didn't wake you up did I?"

"It feels better now compared to earlier, and no you didn't wake me up brother. You're actually really comfy to sleep on, if I'm being completely honest"

"I… don't know how to respond to that compliment but uh, thank you, rakas"

We spent a few more minutes softly talking to each other, until we heard a loud honk come from behind the van. I didn't pay much attention to it since it was most likely some grumpy driver. We then heard crashes coming from the back, and the next thing I knew, I heard shouts and screams.

We were launched forward and something hit my head really hard. The last thing I saw were Leeseong's arms wrapping around me and my head until everything went black.
