Soon they reached a small place in the woods where instead of houses, there were tents. They weren't many, hardly five or six tents. Some wolves were wandering around with humans but stopped once they entered the place.
They all bowed while looking down towards their direction and gave place for them to walk inside a tent which was bigger than others. That another wolf didn't enter in the tent with them. The tent was bigger from inside, more like a wooden built-up house than it looked like from out. There were many storeys inside the tent and it looked the same like Forsters home. But more modern and new than them.
The furniture was new and everything was shining as if the owner cleans the house every day. The prince took Cavin from her hands and placed him on the cream couch. He stroked Cavin's hairs back and blew on his eyes.
Cavin took a deep breathe when he did this but was still sleeping. Serin looked at the prince and asked him above why isn't Cavin regaining his consciousness but he said something else instead of answering to her question.
"First you come with me, I've much to ask you", he said with the same anger he was before. His eyes started changing colour and Serin's eyes widened. They changed into indigo blue from golden brown. He again holds her hands and took her inside a room, this time the grip was tighter.
Of course, he was doubting Serin same as Suzan did. As they entered the room, he left her hand. He locked the door and sat on the bed. The room was pretty bigger than it was in Cavin's house. It had more space and there were also light like something coming through the jars. In short, the room was lightened brightly through jars instead of candles.
The ceiling, walls and floors were made up of polished wood and it looked beautiful and costly. After admiring the room her gaze went back towards the prince sitting on the couch, who was giving death glare to her. She gulped into insecurity and bite my lower lips nervously, not knowing what will he ask her or if he will kill her or bite her.
He cleared his throat and asked her name and how she came here. Serin answered him saying her name and a short story about her coming here. His eyebrows met into confusion. He stood up and asked Serin? Is her name Serin? He sounded as he knows something and Serin nodded, asking why but he didn't answer her and went near door.
"Rest here until Cavin comes back into his senses"
"Wait", Serin shouted and he stopped turning back looking back at her. His eyes colours were changed again, now they were chocolate brown.
"You know Cavin right? And why is he still unconscious?", she asked.
"Yeah, I know him. He's like my younger brother. He once helped me when I was dying. And if any of the wolves get hit into his human form then he goes unconscious. Sometimes for hours and sometimes for days", he answered with a sigh.
"D-days?"
She asked but he turned back and went out of the room. She went running towards the door and opened it, he was picking up Cavin in his arms and was ready to walk upstairs.
"Go get back in your room! ", he exclaimed as he came towards her within the blink of seconds and pushed Serin inside the room and locked it from out.
Serin shouted and banged the door hard to open it because she wanted to go back to her home from this place. But he replied saying Serin that she can only go back to her home once Calvin regains his consciousness.
Serin wanted to go back very badly from this mysterious place, so she planned to run away from that place. She opened the windows of the room and jumped out of it, "Glad that my room is on the first floor," She thought.
Hiding from the wolves and humans who were guarding that place, she successfully reached into the forest. She ran more and more deeply into the black forest until she heard some howls of wolves. She stopped on her place, thinking about the familiar howls. Later she took little steps forward towards the river bank from where the voices were coming.
She peeked from behind the tree to see who it actually was. There were two brown fur wolves injured by arrows and lying beside the riverbank, blood was flowing into the river which was coming out through their chests and mouth. "Oh no! They might be Mr and Mrs Forsters", Serin thought and ran towards them to help them.
Her hands trembled after seeing a lot of blood again. Before she could remove the arrow "STOP", a familiar voice shouted and she looked back. He was Prince Damen with other four wolves behind him. He came and sat down beside Serin on his knees, taking out the arrows from their bodies and moving his hands over their wounds.
Serin sighed in relief when they both got healed and got back into their consciousness. "Mrs Forster, it's me, Siren. Are you okay? Mr Forster you okay?", she asked and they stood upon their legs while nodding.
"Damen~", a female voice came from the sky and we all looked up. "Wha-What is this?", Serin asked in confusion.
"Prince Damen~ do you think you're a good prince? A prince who can't even protect his pack, thinks he's stronger?~ Just because Artemis gave you few powers don't think you can fight with me. I'm back and you'll DIE", the voice that was coming stopped after an evil laugh.
"Who- who's back? Why will you die?", Serin asked but nobody answered her. Mrs Forster came back into her human form and took Serin with her towards the camp she was before. Mr and Mrs Forster worriedly went inside the tent when the knew about Cavin. Serin sat outside of the tent in front of the bonfire.
Whenever Serin tried to go out from that place to her home, new trouble always aroused. She kept thinking about her staying there forever with those wolves. At this moment, she was craving for hamburgers and pizzas with some coke, but the people living there don't even know what are those things.
Damen came and sat beside Serin. He asked her about why she ran out from there, but Serin didn't care to answer him. She felt whatever others asked her, she always answered them expecting they'd help her to get out from there. But whenever she asked things to them, they didn't felt important to answer her anything. And she was still stuck into that place with wolves everywhere around her.
"Why aren't you answering me?", he asked.
"Did you answered me what I asked in the forest? I asked what was that and who came back. I asked why will you die, but did you or anyone answered me? No, you don't feel important to answer me then why would I?", she said folding her hands like a kid.
He chuckled and Serin looked at him little puzzled. "Did I joke that he is chuckling?", she thought.
"Okay, so you're worried about me that I'll die?"
"Hahaha... Worry? And that too for you? Nice joke. I'm just curious to know about what this place is and the reason why I came here. I've nothing else to do here", she chuckled too.
He hummed and nodded his head looking at Serin. His eyes started changing their colour again, they were now indigo blue.
"I too don't know why you came here. I'm not going to tell you everything, I'll just tell you a few things you should know about this place. As you know, this is the city of the moon, Artemis...Artemis is our goddess but she didn't come back here from the last 200 years, and I'm the prince of this place from the last 200 years. 200 years ago, there was a fight between Artemis and Edurne, where many witches including few wolves and me fought. We won the battle but Artemis faded away in front of our eyes. Some of them say she died, I didn't accept this before but now I think too she died that day because she used a lot of her powers to save us. And the voice that we heard in the forest was of Edurne, she wants to rule here by killing me. I don't know how she even came back after 200 years"
"Edurne? Is she a wolf or a goddess like Artemis?", she asked in amazement.
" Hahaha, goddess? She was just a human and best friend of Artemis. She was a human who came here from nowhere, like you. Edurne always felt low in front of Artemis, so one day Artemis gave her few powers to Edurne..." and he continued the story which Serin listened to with all her attention.
"So since then, there wasn't any snowfall until now? And that's the reason why everyone is scared of snow because they think she came back. And she actually came back?", She asked
"Yes, that's it. I misunderstood you by her until I heard the voice today from the sky", he said while standing up and dusting off his pants.
"Hey! How can you think of me like that? You think I came here to kill you?", Serin asked while following him but he chuckled.
"What will you eat in dinner?", he asked while going inside the tent and later everyone started preparing dinner together, forgetting about the Edurne.

After the dinner, Serin went back into her room. But when she opened the door it opened into her real room, the room from where she disappeared. She turned back to look at the place where she is and she was surprisingly standing in her Daegu house.
Happiness filled inside her heart when she saw Erin standing beside the window, looking out. It was afternoon. She went near her and nudged her shoulder. Elin turned back to look at who is it, she was crying but her sobs turned into happiness when she saw Serin.
"Unni, where were you? We searched for you everywhere but didn't found you. I thought I lost you forever. I missed you unni", Elin said while hugging her and crying.
She broke the hug and wiped her tears before grabbing Serin's hands and taking her downstairs. "Eomma? Appa? Grandma? Grandpa", she called for them while running downstairs with Serin.
" Erin doesn't run-", Mrs Smith stopped when she saw her missing daughter for days, standing in front of her. Everyone sitting on the couch stood up with their widen eyes and jaw drop.
"Mommy she's back. Our Serin is back"
Everyone's eyes filled up with tears and they hugged Serin one by one. Of course, Serin missed them too, she thought she would be staying in that forest forever, but she came back to her family. She decided to go and break that mirror first before she will be drawn inside it again.
Once Serin turned back to go, she saw herself standing back in the forest and it was night. That same place where she found herself lost, the same place where she woke up. She got frightened by how she came back there again, she caught a glimpse of everything around her and she was again surrounded by trees and deep forest. A seconds later snowflakes began falling through the air and it didn't take any time to cover everything under the white snow.
Serin gulped hard by looking at such a scenario through her eyes. It is normally impossible for soft snowflakes covering everything under it within seconds.
"Serin~ oh my Serin~ I wanted to talk to you in the forest but I couldn't because everyone was listening to me~. I waited for you to come here and I'm glad that you finally came. Now Artemis will be mine and you'll be the one who will give it to me~", the same voice she heard before in forest was talking to her, she was Edurne. Voice was coming the same from the sky.
"What? I'll help you? In your dreams Edurne. I've nothing to do with this place and send me back to my home", Serin said almost shouting at her.
"Little girl~ do you even know with whom you're talking?~ I can kill each and everyone in your family and your friends if you won't LISTEN TO ME", Edurne warned her.
"What? Why are you doing this to me? I want to go back, send me back", Serin began shouting while looking up in the sky.
"SERIN! SERIN LISTEN TO HER, SERIN SHE'LL KILL US!", Serin turned back on familiar voices coming behind her. They were her family and her best friends, tied up with a rope and hanging upside down by the branches of trees.
"What are you doing? Put them down. Don't do this to me. Leave them please, leave us alone.... No.... ", Serin whined.
She sat on the ground, screaming and begging Edurne to leave them. Her family kept shouting her name and saying her to obey Edurne's commands which Serin didn't want to do.
"Serin? Serin! Wake up it's a dream. Serin?", a familiar male voice spoke.
Serin woked up and found herself sleeping on the bed. She was panting heavily, sweat covered on her forehead. She tried to calm herself down, while Damen patted her back saying Serin that it was just a dream. Mrs Forster came inside the room too, running and asking what happened.
"No- nothing, it was ju- just a bad dream", Serin spoke, wiping her tears.
"Mrs Forster I think you should stay with her tonight. She might not be safe alone here if anything happens then don't worry you're in my house and I'll protect you", Damen commanded Mrs Forster and she nodded while bowing to him.
Damen left before giving Serin a quick hug and Mrs Forster sat beside Serin on the bed. She gave her a glass of water to drink and then sang a beautiful lullaby for her until she fell asleep again.
