Chapter 12: The Hardest Decision

"I swear I don't want to go to that place anymore!" Jayden complained as soon as we went out from the ghost house.

I giggle, "Scaredy-cat," then gently pinched on both of his cheeks.

"I'm not," he declined. "It's just u-umm...so loud, that's all."

I knit my eyebrow, "Really, Jay?" then wrapped my hands around his right arm.

"Yea, it was so loud and whatever..." he added more. "Plus, that kind of place was not suitable for you."

I pout, "But I love that kind of place..."

He rubs gently on my hair, "Nope...don't go there, ever."

"Fine..."I said with a sigh while walking along with him to the parking lot. Our paces stopped at the small booth on our right side where a friendly female teenager was promoting energetically to call the customers around the park. However, none of them interested and walked passed by the shop instead. She sat back on the chair behind of the table, with the sad expression.
