CHAPTER FIFTY – NINE

Auria glanced around her. She was surprised to see tall buildings with sparkling glasses for windows. They were not as majestic as the castles in Illumia but they were imposing in their own right. The magic car ride was amazing. In Illumia, they were used to riding on horses and carriages for transports. She was pleasantly surprised when she found that the four-wheeled contraption can take them through places. That the dirt roads filled with pebbles and rocks were smoothed out by a gray substance that Isabelle named asphalt. Earth land civilization seemed more advance than that of their own kingdom. It would be wonderful if she could learn how to incorporate all the things she would find out to their own kingdom.
