After the death of Mary's dad, her life becomes a mess. Mary couldn't accept that she doesn't see the death reaper will come to fetch her father nor realize it sooner. That is when Mary thought being able to see Grim Reaper and how the people around her die was useless. To ended it all, she decided to commit suicide only to find out that she will be wake up in others' bodies.

But when the Grim Reaper named Saint came to her. Not to fetch her soul but to offer her a contract to be a living Grim Reaper, everything change. However, what would she do if along the way she fell in love with the grim reaper? Would she choose to stay alive or to die peacefully?

Death Contract

 "Why are you still awake Hailey?" I was stunned while stirring my coffee blend when I heard that voice of Mr Perelman's. I haven't been able to sleep for a few nights even though I drank some milk that Hailey's mother always brings. However, maybe it's because I'm more used to drinking coffee than drinking milk. 


I smiled when the doctor approached me while slightly looking at the wall clock in the kitchen where it had already dropped at midnight. 


"It's already midnight Hailey." I took a deep breath before he smiled. 


"I can't sleep anymore." With my answer, he sighed. 


"She did, but I still can't sleep, Dad." I reason because that is also true. He took a deep breath and went to the refrigerator to get some water. I watched him until he sat in the chair in front of me. Then Mr Perelman pointed out the chair next to me as if telling me to sit down as well so I sat down. 


"How's school?" I sipped my coffee before answering.
