Chapter 21

Even before the reception was over, we said goodbye to Lorraine and told her that we'll go first. Ella's already throwing tantrums that after a while I won't be able to stop.

I was about to go to Mommy when Ella pulled the skirt of my gown. She tried to widen her eyes which made me laugh which caused her to scowl.

"Mommy, let's go home" she stomped her foot and her nose and the corners of her eyes were slightly red, later she will surely raise hell.

I sat down in front of her and rubbed her cherub face, "I'll just say goodbye to Grandpa and Grandma, hmm? I'll be back in a minute" I whispered and kissed her on the forehead.

She just nodded and walked back to our chair and I contently watch her doing that, when she sat down she shook her foot slightly before talking and bothering her brother who was already nearly closing his eyes.
