She thought getting married would curb her failures but she never knew that it was the beginning of a nightmare for her. Joanne an ambitious child who takes decisions as quick as possible without minding the consequences involve in it.

No matter how hard you try to leave a simple life, it will rob you in your face with challenges that would make you deviate from your simple ideology and then get involved in nasty acts that sometimes lives you with a stigma, then regrets. 


My normal African mentality wouldn’t allow my son to marry a lady who has a child out of wedlock or otherwise, I feel the pains of Desmond's mother that sometimes I feel like giving up in all, but Desmond on the other hand doesn’t bother about all of it, he cares less about what people think or would say in all, he is just concerned about settling down with me as quick as possible- 


After a little while, I ended the call. 


“ it was a colleague of mine at the office, she wants me to cover for her tomorrow saying that her cousin's child dedication is coming up tomorrow, she needs to be there” 


“Okay, that means you are going back to your apartment?
