The sound of rain was finally heard when it started to pour really hard. Leon took a thin garment that Hidelga could wear and hastily put it on her. While Hidelga was still puzzled by Leon's action, she went donning it. It was still quite disheveled when Leon lowered her head and reached both her thighs and carried her outside.
"Wait! What?" She was shocked but the next thing she knew, she was being soaked with cold rainwater. Leon put her down; because of the cool temperature that kissed her skin in shivers, she had no other choice but to stick to Leon's body.
When she gets used to the temperature, she pulls herself away from Leon. She struck a pose and started to move with grace. It was traditional, graceful, and alluring. The place is dusky, not yet that dark. The colors are being devoured into the gray. It was chilling and moist. The pouring rain calmed down and began to turn into a drizzle. Her skin, covered with a soaked garment, stands out. She looked at his eyes as she seemingly seducing her man.
People say if a woman is in love, you'll see it in her smile but for a man, you will see it in his eyes. His gaze is piercing, like seeing her whole soul. Focused, unwavering, like she is all that he can see. The most beautiful thing in his world.
She smiled because she knew that she had won this time. Those eyes will never lie. She slid forward towards him and Leon started to dance with her. The emperor, indeed, knows how to dance. Surprisingly, this is supposed to be traditional; however, it is blended with seduction and now mixed with a formal palace waltz. The harmony speaks beautifully while they both fall into a deep spell.
Sometimes love is silence.
A marionette that will control your senses. Something that will turn your whole world upside down and turn it all around, bright and warm, exciting and threatening, a fantasy in the middle of reality. A bag of ecstasy that will make dancing in the middle of a dark storm fun.
The past doesn't 'matter anymore. All the pain and suffering she has experienced before from surviving has already been paid off. Leon leaned forward to kiss her.
How long has it been since you shut everything out?

The young man, Ammon, asked Elixir, "What will happen when two fates that are not meant to meet, intertwined?"
The woman Elixir, who is hiding in the form of a young lady, smiled. "It will rewrite the whole story. You just need to choose the main thread of this world. The main thread of this world is connected to their ruler, so I choose the ruler as the main card to manipulate this world's fate," she explained. "Red told me that," she added as she turned to meet his gaze and walked away.
"The princess and the serpent 'and the 'retired assassin emperor and his tribal bride'. Love triangles and unrequited love stories," she sighed and chuckled. "How sassy. I don't need to read fictional books anymore," she sarcastically jeered, but obviously she was entertained.
"Do you think we'll win and change their fate?" he asked, following her like a cat smitten with his owner. "The other eternal threaders are already awakened," he continues. "And the heavens—this world is going to be destroyed soon," he added.
She turns to him to reply, "You know your face should carry some emotions like concern or sadness while saying that. It lessens the impact if you are uttering it with an emotionless face," her response unfocused.
Her expression changes to a firm, mature one, wiping the childish teasing away. Matching her servant's pace.
She smiled sweetly and answered. "You chose me but then you are doubting my capabilities now. I learned a lot from about millions of years and I can complete tasks much better than when I started," she said. She shrugged and shifted into her previous mood. "They said I can pick one favorite from this world and make that person my servant. I'm not yet done choosing. This is a one-time opportunity. I should pick who I think is best, whether it's from a surviving or dying world," she said heartlessly.
They went into the inner chamber of the palace, where a sleeping little girl was. "Mithi," she whispered.
"Do you know, she was the most unfortunate among all the eternal threaders?" she whispered while she fondly caressed the hair of the sleeping child. She continued, "She was not given a chance to be born. This child is a sleeping ghost. Her entity is absolutely empty and all the chaos was placed in this container," she stated. "Her role is to completely destroy everything. So tell me, why are you even threatened by the other eternal threaders when the main string of death was here in sight?" she explained to Ammon.

The next day, the news spread out like it was announced in a loud declaration when in reality it was just passed person to person. It reached everyone. "That can't be but the engagement is already official, even during Emperor Evan." They won't stop murmuring.
A duke arrives from a distant land of the empire, kneeling down in front of the tyrant, asking for the imperial princess's hand.
Emperor Howard chuckled with a big grin; he summoned his young sister. It took half an hour before her presence was seen in the room.
Princess Lizobelle has already heard about a duke's arrival, although she has a hunch who that is. She knows that that man won't be bold enough to ask her brother for her hand.
'So maybe it's someone else, someone unexpected,' she thought.
Vladimir went to tell her the news but he hesitated to tell her who it is.
As the great grand door opens and reveals her presence. The same figure welcomes her, however, in a different encounter. Duke Sheldon went to ask her tyrant brother for her hand, knowing that she is already engaged.
