Since they couldn't get inside, the two of them looked for a dark and deserted alley before they vanished and went back to the place that Aeklis was using. It was a rundown hut which was owned by a farmer before but he died and no one's been using it. They were using it for free.

"My mistress, we found the man that you wanted us to check. He went to a place where people eat and talk. However, we couldn't get inside. There's a barrier around the place. Unless we know the medium for that strong barrier and destroys it, we won't be able to enter that place."

"That's right, my mistress. When I tried to get inside, my right hand got burned." The man showed his right which was the source of a burnt meat smell inside the hut. "If I guess it right, the medium for the barrier is a strong incantation. I have seen that kind of barrier before but I couldn't remember where."
