In the board room, the atmosphere was a bit dull. The purpose of today's shareholders' meeting was to discuss the future of the land. Most of the shareholders present at the board room, thinks since the land was not far from the city center, they should build a high range resort in there.

Most of the resorts in the city were built on the other side around the water bay which was suitable for vacation. But, the water bay was far away from the city center and the transportation was not convenient unless someone uses a private car. So if they built a resort in this land more people will have access to it and the business will be blooming. Although, the area was not developed yet but within two to three years it will definitely be one of the key investment areas of the city.

"So, you think we should build a resort in that land. Why is that?" Oliver looked at the board of directors and asked in his deep voice.

"CEO Knight, I think since all the resorts are far from the city, we can bring a resort into the city. It will be a very financially benefited project." Said one of the directors.

"But I think, resorts should be around the mountains and sea. It will be a waste of resources to build a resort on such a good piece of land in the center of the city. Moreover, the consumption of the resort is very high so ordinary people will not be able to afford it. Then how do you expect to make a profit from it?" Oliver immediately dismissed the idea and gave his opinion.

"Then what is Mr. Knight's opinion?" Another board of directors, who was wise enough to understand that Oliver already has a plan in his mind about what to do with the piece of land asked.

Oliver waved his hand, and Uncle Joe immediately turned on the projector. Everyone's eyes got attached to the big screen.

"CEO Knight wants the land to divide into two parts: Here in area A, will be the biggest shopping mall, and in this part B there will be the largest indoor amusement park in Asia." Uncle Joe explained in an expressionless face.

He was really impressed by Oliver's efficiency, In just a month, he personally designed such a large shopping mall's blueprint himself. Not only that, there was no lack of a modern shopping mall in this city, but the shopping mall Oliver designed was unique in shape. It actually looked like a tripod piano. It was beautiful and very creative. The amusement park in zone B was designed in the shape of the letter A, inspired by Ava's name.

Uncle Joe kept playing the slides after slides, and all the board members kept watching them in awe. They never could have imagined such a beautiful shopping mall and park could be built in a wasteland unless they saw it today with their own eyes. Everyone was silent and no one had any objection. Now that they saw the plan of the mall their resort plan seemed unrealistic even to themselves.

"Any questions?" Oliver's cold voice sounded loud in the quiet board room. He knew by looking at the faces of those old folks that they were already convinced.

"No. It's an excellent plan. The design itself is very attractive to attract more people to it and on top of that, the idea of the amusing park was excellent. However, what do you want to name the mall, Mr. Knight?" Someone asked enthusiastically from the crowd when saw everyone was quiet.

"AVA's" Oliver looked at the board members and said with an indifferent face.

"Why AVA's? This name is not familiar with Knight International or anything associated with it."

"Who says it isn't? Ava is my fiancé's name, and she will be this mall's legal representative in the future." Oliver glanced at the director who raised the question and said with a cold face.

Silence! Although most of the board of directors were older than Oliver, but they were all smart enough, not to raise any question about it. Besides as Oliver openly declared Ava was his fiancé there was nothing they could say about it anyway. However, the shock and surprise couldn't be hidden from their face.

"So Mr. Knight you want to transfer the land to your fiancé?" Director Paul, one of the oldest among the director asked in shock.

"No, not transfer, it will be a gift. I am getting married next Friday and you are all welcome to join the wedding party." Oliver, who was known for his cold and indifferent face actually smiled in front of the shareholders at the thought of getting married to Ava next Friday.

Another silence!

However, this time within five seconds, the directors stood up and started to congratulate Oliver.

"Congratulations CEO Knight!"

"I wish CEO Knight a long and happy life."

"I wish CEO Knight a blessed life and a blessing of a son soon."

"Miss Green is really lucky to be able to capture the heart of Mr. Knight. God bless both of you."

Those old folks were trying to flatter Oliver and he was also happy with that. He said with a light smile, "Thank you for your blessings. Since the decision of the land is made, we will end this meeting here today."

Oliver's private life has always been an attraction to outsiders. Many people followed him through entertainment magazines. However since he was rumored to be in a relationship, he hardly did any interview or came into the limelight. Now that they all think about it they realized how serious Oliver was about this relationship.
