The Savior

Ava started to struggle as she tried to get her wrist free from the man's hold. "Let go of me. I don't want to go with you. I am warning you I am not alone here. Let go or I will call my friends!"

However, the more she struggled the more she felt like all her energy was drained, her head felt heavy, and her throat felt dry. Hot! she was feeling hot everywhere, but she still managed to scratch the man and free her wrist.

The man let go when he felt pain in his hand, he become very annoyed. "Oh little kitty, you like to play huh! I'll grant your wish." Saying that the man held Ava's arms firmly and pulled her toward the toilet.

Ava panicked and looked around for help, but no one was paying attention to them. This kind of scene was normal in a bar and no one think much of it. Ava looked at the booth where her colleagues were but they were far away, and even if she shouted their name they wouldn't hear her cries for help.

Ava felt helpless and scared, she started to struggle but she felt her strength lessening with every attempt. Tears started to appear in her eyes when she saw they almost reached the toilet. Ava started to shout in a frightened voice, "Help...Help...Please somebody help me."

"Come on, baby save your breath, no one's going to help you tonight." The man said as he walked toward the men's toilet.

Ava panicked even more because she could see that he was right, no one was going to help her, Ava tried to calm down and think about how to save herself. The man went to the toilet first and then pulled Ava inside but Ava suddenly moved forward and bit the man's hand hard. The man instantly let go of her in pain, Ava took the chance, turned, and ran. However, as she was drunk and dizzy, her steps were unstable. She barely took a few steps when the man caught up with her.

"How dare you bite me, you stinky woman?" The man was furious. His scarlet eyes were like a wild animal, he raised his hand to slap Ava.

Ava closed her eyes accepting her fate to get beaten by a man, however, the slap never fall onto her cheek. Instead, she felt a hard pull and then warm arms and a hard chest. Ava opened her eyes confused and the first thing she saw was the man who was harassing her on the ground, he had a bruise on the cheek and his eyes were full of panic and fear. Ava was even more confused now as she looked up. But then her eyes widen seeing the familiar handsome face with terrible eyes that looked ready to kill the man in front of him at any moment. Ava swallowed hard.

"Run" Oliver said in a very low voice, but the man understood the danger behind his one word. He got up hastily and disappeared into the crowd without wasting a single second.

Ava stared at the running man's back dumbfounded then looked back at the man who was still holding her in his arms tightly. She never thought it would be Oliver who would save her again. Ava asked in a soft voice, "What are you doing here?"

"I happened to be in here for business," Oliver replied without any expression on his face. Although he wanted to lash out at the woman for getting drunk in a bar again but looking at her sweet face and her soft body pressed against her, his anger seemed to disappear completely. He liked it, how she looked so comfortable in his embrace.

"Thank you very much for helping me just now," Ava said lightly and then fell silent. She didn't know what else to say besides she was still feeling dizzy and barely could stand still, Oliver's familiar embrace was making her feel comfortable. She just wanted to close her eyes and sleep in his arms.

Oliver stared at Ava with furrowed eyebrows and realized something was not right with her. She would never be this clingy if she was in her right mind. Oliver's Jaw ticked at the realization that she has been drugged again. If he was not here tonight he didn't even want to think what could have happened to this woman. He was about to shake her to wake her up, but Ava started to rub her face and body against Oliver. Oliver froze and suddenly a mischievous smile appeared on his cold face. He asked in a low voice, "Do you want to repay me for saving you?"

Ava's mind was a bit fuzzy so she asked innocently still rubbing her cheek into Oliver's chest, "what do you mean, how do you want me to repay you?

"Very easy, you can repay with your body," Oliver said in her ear as he smiled wide, and pinched her on the waist.

Ava was extremely ticklish so she squealed in his arms and tried to break free. "Let me go, you pervert."

"Pervert! well did you just find out that I'm a pervert?" Oliver mocked her and let go of Ava.

As Oliver was holding Ava her whole body weight was on him so when he let go she fell on the floor and screamed out in pain. Ava glared at Oliver and shouted out angrily, "What a hell, couldn't you have given me a warning?" Ava stood up holding the wall behind her.

Oliver laughed out loud and said, "Come on, Let's get you out of here."

Ava kept glaring at him and said angrily, "No, thank you. I can go home by myself." Ava took two steps forward and her head start to spin again. She was about to fall again when Oliver held her and took her again in his arm.

Oliver laughed and said shaking his head, "Woman, are you going to crawl home like this?"

Ava glared and said, "You don't have to worry about that, I'll manage."

Oliver was amused by Ava, he pulled her closer and asked with a cocky smile, "And what if you meet another one just like that man later? Who will save you next time when you can't even stand by yourself?"

"I....I..." Ava couldn't find anything to refute him, she was also feeling uncomfortable. She wasn't even aware that when Oliver pulled her closer she started to rub her body against him again.

"You, what?" Seeing Ava lowering her head, he smiled. He knew the drug has already started to affect her and she was feeling uncomfortable. He thought to himself, 'Ava tonight you won't be able to escape from me...Again.'

At first, Oliver planned to get Ava checked by a doctor to see if she was ok then send her home but now seeing her flushed cheek and alluring eyes, something woke inside of him, he can't let her go now. Ava, it's all your fault, don't blame me.
