Kronos

After defeating Typhon, I quickly utilized Universe Traveling Steps to headed back to Manhattan. It took me some time before I reached back to the battlefield. 'It seems as we have lost another few campers.' I thought silently as I saw a giant dragon like beast dead on the ground with a couple turned over chariots.

The others seemed to be in sorrow as they surrounded the body of a girl. Looking at her closely, I saw her face which is like the girl who took Black Jack. 'The girl, Selina, is dead' I thought to myself. After finding out somethings I lamented 'She was a hero even though she was a spy. She wasn't bad, unfortunately she died here.'

The other demigods seemed to be in a sullen mood. I sighed seeing them like that but I really couldn't do anything. I was going to say something but I felt something coming in the distance and frowned. "Is he finally coming?" I muttered. A massive force of demigods and monsters arrived in the horizon. We were outnumbered a hundred to one, an impossible battle for us to win.

Percy and Annabeth were still on Olympus. 'We're going to need them down here' I thought before telling a demigod nearby "You, go to Olympus and warn Percy and Annabeth that Kronos has arrived" He hesitated before he complied to my orders and went to send them my message. It didn't take long before they had arrived next to me. They were a couple seconds late and we would've started the battle without them if not for Chiron stalling.

The battle started soo after as a dracaena tried to assassinate Chiron while he was not looking. Chiron killed her but it had given Kronos the opportunity to knock him away, smashing him onto a wall.

"CHIRON!!!" Percy cried out as he rushed over to the wall that collapsed on him.

It was mayhem. Demigods were trying to defend themselves from other demigods and monsters. I managed to slay several hundred with just using the All Splitting Sword and helped a couple demigods but they were still overwhelmed a couple seconds later by even more monsters. The hunters and Apollo Cabin were struggling to defend themselves as they only used bows. Uisng the All Splitting Sword several times, I managed to create some space between us and we slowly retreated back towards the empire state building for our final stand.

A dark and gloomy aura filled the air as a crack appeared in the ground. I looked it it surprise. An army of undead flowed out of the crack and formed themselves between us and the monsters with a demigod leading them.

"Son of Hades" Kronos spat "Do you love death so much you wish to experience it?"

"Your death," Nico said "would be great for me"

"I'm immortal you fool! I have escaped Tartarus. You have no business here, and no chance to live"

Nico drew his Stygian Iron Sword "I don't agree"

I also pointed my sword at Kronos "I too agree on that"

"Son of Chaos" He narrowed his eyes

"That's me" I answered calmly

"You are still too weak" He laughed before continuing "What makes you think you are a match for me?"

"Lets find out shall we?" I grinned and launched myself at him

The moment we clashed both armies clashed against each other. The dead were no match for the combined forces of monsters and demigods but they were undead so we were at a stalemate. Unlike Hyperion and Typhon, Kronos was on a different level. Typhon was strong but he is slow, while Hyperion excels in both strength and speed, his strength is nowhere like Typhon's. Kronos's strength is the same level as Typhon and is even quicker than Hyperion with his power over time.

I found this out after our first few clashes on trying to test the strength of each other. 'This is going to be a tough fight' I thought to myself as I blocked his sword with mine. We clashed several more times before we got serious.

"You're not bad Son of Chaos" He told me "But not strong enough"

"We have to see about that"

The two of us clashed again but this time was different. both sides were not retreating and continued to fight one on one. I repeatedly used All Splitting Sword but he managed to block or dodge all of my attacks. Increasing my speed I swung my sword at him leaving multiple afterimages. Using his power over time, he managed to block my attack and slashed out at me fight after. I hurriedly blocked his sword and it knocked me far away as blood trickled down the side of my lips. 'Damn'

I tried to stop him as he made his way to the elevator. After a while I took the elevator up with Annabeth, Percy, Luke, and Thalia. By the time we got up to Olympus, the entire place was trashed. The buildings were smashed and the pavement was uprooted. Right when we got out a pillar collapsed right on top of Annabeth. In order to save her, Thalia pushed her away and was stuck under it.

"Thalia!!!!"

"Go! Leave me here. Stop Kronos before it's too late."

I hesitated before moving towards the throne room. I could help Thalia from the pillar but it would take some time and time was what we don't have. They would need my help killing Kronos.

When we got there, several thrones were already cleaved in half and Hestia was knocked down onto the ground. Seeing us, Kronos attacked and I fought back. We fought for a couple minutes before Luke and Percy helped me disarm him.

He ginned looking at us "It's useless, I'm immortal and you have lost" He showed us a orb showing the battle downstairs. Without us, the demigods were slowly being pushed back into the building.

"Is that so?" I grinned

His expression changed as he saw the arrival of Poseidon and the other gods, along with Hades downstairs, killing his army and talking away the demigods under him.

"Impossible" he muttered

I knelt down next to him and whispered in his ears "You have failed, Kronos"

He looked at me in rage. "It was you" he seethed

I looked at him like an idiot. "Did you really think that your plan was perfect? It failed the moment you didn't include me into your calculations"

He didn't say anything and I continued to stare at him before Annabeth told me and Luke to leave for a talk with him. We hesitated but seeing her determined expression, we did as she asked. We came back a moment later only to see a dead Kronos or Ethan Nakamura on the ground.
