"Alex, I want you to peruse the CCTV footage, before and now," said Eryk.

"What are you planning, Eryk?" Alex asked seriously.

Eryk didn't respond. His head is full of possibilities. He was sure all this was not just a coincidence, "I asked you to contact me if there is anything suspicious on the back door camera."

"Eryk, what happened?" Alex kept asking, he wanted to know what was on his brother's mind.

"Kervyn," Eryk muttered, clenching his fists at his side, "I bet he's here."

Alex's eyes widened, "So you're going alone!? I won't allow it! Too risky!"

Eryk didn't listen to Alex's protests, for him now the safety of Gaea and Rainer was his priority, "You do your job, Alex! And call me if there is anything odd."

"I don't have time to argue with you," Eryk cut in his cold voice, "I have to see how Gaea is now."
