He unbuttoned the first few shirt buttons ,took off his coat ,with no car,he walked into the dark ,silent coldnight.

A BUS TO HELL

The Cartels drove in awkward silence to the Big Demi Mansion in the fr corner of the city while their four year old son played with toys in the backseat.


While Carmen was a bit worried she had gone too far with reprimanding Juni for not getting her father a gift,Juni was preoccupied with worries of what might occur after seeing his father in law again in over 3months while not being on the best terms with his daughter.


As Juni made another turn,Carmen sighed for the hundredth time 


They both tried to say at the same time but ended up chuckling


"Ladies first"Juni said smiling at his wife.


"I'm sorry for getting so worked up over ..-" Carmen tried to say but was interrupted


"Babe,you don't have to,its fi..-"Juni started


"No babe,it's not fine,I'm sorry ,I shouldn't have gotten so worked up over something minor "Carmen finished up for him


"Babe,it's fine plus I'm also at fault,I should have remembered to get a gift for him" Juni said


"With your current ongoing project,I bet you don't remember most things,plus when you get your promotion,he will acknowledge you more than the gift ,baby.its fine we can just give him my gift together" Carmen said smiling slightly


Juni face mirrored hers as he made another turn "I love you"


"I love you too,Juni Cartel"she said as she leaned her head on his shoulder


"Getting comfortable there , little man?"Juni said aloud to his giggling four year old son who was know toying away at the car's seat belt around him


"And there they are,my favorite person and grandson" the CEO of Demi Pharmaticals called out joyously totally ignoring Juni as the Cartel family walked into the house garden where Mr Demi was talking to a couple of his friends


Derek leaped forward,ahead of his parents into his grandpa's waiting hands "gwanpa!"who recieved him happily, lifting him up "hey there,my boy"


"Hey Pop" Carmen greeted as she got closer and then hugged him slightly befor adding "Happy birthday,old man"


"I'm not old, little girl"The CEO chuckled out 


"Yes you are just as  I'm not a little girl"Carmen said pouting slightly


"You will always be my little girl"Mr Demi stated and just as Carmen was about to interject,Juni made his first word to the old man


"That she will always be.."He said as he shook hands with the CEO before adding "Happy birthday sir"


"Thank you,Juni boy" His father in-law replied 


"Do not call him.that,he's my husband,old man"Carmen said frowning slightly


"Babe,calm down,it's totally fine"Juni told her


"Yeah,calm down little girl plus my boy here doesn't seem to mind or do you?"Demi asked in reference to Juni


Juni just smiled slightly as he said "Not at all"


"Great..just great"Carmen said glaring at him as she went into.the family house


In the mean while,Derek was now running after butterflies in the garden


So the old man invited Juni to.mewt his friends who were seated at a far corner of the garden


"Hey there guys, here's Juni,my son in law, he's an editor at Clements ,you know"


"Oh really?wow" the other old man reacted missing Juni's sigh as he sat down on a chair


"Yeah this was going to be a long day".
