It soon struck Frank that Ralia had a bike that he saw at Edna's birthday party and she was probably lying about not knowing where Edna was. Edna could be in Ralia's apartment right now but the only problem was he didn't know where she lived.

He wasn't going to the library to face Ralia, he didn't want her knowing he found out that she had Edna in her apartment. He was going to the book store to find out where Ralia lived so he would take them by surprise. He got to the book store and went straight to Blair's desk.
