Part 5 : The Proposal

Today, Mr. Haryln and Aldrich having a lunch at restaurant nearby. He said that he have something important to say to me. Somehow it's also made me curious too.

Then, Mr. Haryln arrived and approach me with big smile created on his old lips. He sat in front of me. Not too long a waiter came and we order our meals. After the waiter left Mr. Haryln started the conversation.

"Son.. I have a important request.." said Mr. Haryln calmly.

"What is it?" Aldrich asked.

"I want to propose you for my daughter, Rose. She really fell in love with you at the first sight," said Mr. Aldrich

And of course that sentence made Aldrich froze for second.

"So, will you accept it?" ask Mr. Haryln again with hope.

"I will accept it.." replied Aldrich

"Thank you very much, son," said Mr. Haryln being grateful.

"Most welcome, Mr. Haryln ," replied Aldrich.

"Don't call me Mr. Haryln anymore you should call me Dad right now," said Mr. Haryln happily.

"Alright Mr.Haryln I mean Dad," said Aldrich.

They laughed happily.

Then, the waiter came with foods that we ordered earlier and we ate it deliciously.

But, in deep Aldrich heart his dying inside...

"Hello, sweatheart~"

"Yes Dad?"

'He said yes'

"Wait- Who?" Blur.

'Your love, Aldrich '

"Omg!! Thank you Dad!" I'm really excited and I also heard that my dad laughed happily.

'Yes, my daughter'

"Thank you so much Dad! I love you so much!"

Rose heard her dad laughter happily.

Suddenly, Rose's head start lingering toward Can't Help Falling in Love By Elvis Presley. Her mouth also started to singing along.
