Chapter 26

"Where do you want to study for college?" Xavier asked while we are sitting in the garden here in the hospital.

The ambience feels good but at the same it's weird.

"Why do you want to know?" I asked back

"I'm just curious," he answered

I didn't talk for a while,

I just stayed quiet until I saw something weird.

"Xavier," I called him

"Xavier," I called again

"What is it?" he asked and I looked at him.

"Are you sleeping?" I asked

"Are you seriously asking that? You woke me up just to ask if I am sleeping?" he asked, obviously controlling his patience.

"N-no. No" I answered

"Then what is it?" he asked again

"I... I think I saw something." I said

"What is it?"

"Those guys, they are familiar," I said

They look like the guys whom I saw at the front of our house.

The guys with the mask in the van.

"Where? What do you mean by familiar?"

"They look like the guys that I saw at the front of our house," I answered
