Found the one I lost

Wind blew on my face; I was driving my convertible at 70km per hour. I could occasionally her crunching of dry leaves.


Today was second day of first semester and first day football practice. We have three more recruits this year. And they are all great players but need more practice. This we are going to be it is going to be really hard for SDI football players.


With SDI, Kara came to mind. I somehow manage to get Rebekah to get Kara's phone number from Myra.


Yesterday when I saw her, I was shocked by her beauty. She was so gorgeous that any guy would even feel blessed to get one look at her. It was not just her heavenly looks it was also the regal around her. The look in her eyes like even if world was in chaos, she wouldn't feel a thing. Like goddess she will just gaze at mortal realm and don't even care about us mortals.


I had to literally bribe Rebekah for her contact number and I am going to contact her today at evening. I reach my home went to study to get some work done. I am working in my father's company. I am working there since I was sixteen. But it's always Different jobs so that I can understand the system better and know the value of each worker as the future leader of dad's empire.


It was already 8 pm by the time I was done with my work. I get up from my seat stretch for a bit than sit back down on my seat and takeout my phone and start texting Kara.


After some minutes she finally replies.


I thought about for a while than reply with question of my own


She doesn't reply for a while instead she answers with.


"Look either you tell me who are you or I am blocking you."


Huh! Did she just threaten to block me just because I asked her to guess who I am. Wow no wonder she doesn't only looks unapproachable but is also unapproachable and always on guard.


"Seriously can't you even take joke at least try to guess if you ask me, I'll even give you a hint."


Now, now it's not like I am going to sell out my informant. That would be terrible and I might not even get her news in the future.


"Does it even matter. Anyways I was wondering if you are free tomorrow evening to go for a coffee with me."


And she is back to being silent for whole three minutes.


Gosh I have never gotten rejected much less in such a straightforward method. I guess I have to be patient towards my future girlfriend. After all it's me who has crush on her and is trying to pursue her. And relationships are supposed to be slowly nurtured I will do exactly that and I am not gonna treat them like some passing cloud like certain asshole.


The last time when I had crush on someone was when I was thirteen it was on senior who is already married. I was even invited in her wedding. thank god I didn't invest too much feeling on my first crush otherwise I would have been crying on her wedding and that would be embarrassing after all she is five years older than me.


My senior and I are now like pretty much best buddies and still in contact.
