The Clan Of Vampires - Part 2

'Looks like I have to use that...'

There were many vampires that were visiting the city because it wasn't the only city that was present so obviously vampires from other cities could come at any moment.

Jay found one such vampire who was on his way to enter the city. He attacked him by sneaking behind him and rendered him unconscious.

Right after that he used the power which he received from the death elixir and absorbed his life force right after which his appearance changed too.

'I knew it... I can even disguise after absorbing the life force of anyone I wish...'

He was exactly looking like the vampire whom he had knocked out just a moment ago.

The vampire was now nothing more than a corpse since he had sucked away the life force. He even took off the clothes that the vampire was wearing which seemed a bit different from the clothes that humans used to wear.

It was rather imbued with mana and blood inscriptions, unlike human clothes which were pretty normal.

'Hmm, alright... let's go!'

Right after that, he started to move towards the border. The guards didn't have a problem because they couldn't feel his presence.

That was why they just let him go because he seemed like some ordinary vampire and now thanks to that he had entered the city.

'Now, shall we enter the castle?', he smirked and continued to walk towards the large building that was clearly visible in front of him.

'Lub Dub Lub Dub'

As he neared the castle, his heartbeat increased by several folds. He wasn't particularly excited but it seemed like there was something that made his heartbeat in the said manner.

He failed to understand what was happening because all he wanted was to reach the castle.

He could see that the castle too had some boundaries and that too was guarded by many vampires.

'Wow... what's with that aura?'

He could feel their powers just by looking at them just once.

'If I were to compare them with the humans of earth and their rankings...'

'Then they would easily be a 4 Star S rank angel...', he smirked while saying that.

But that was not enough to stop him from moving towards the castle.

The guards spotted him and rushed towards him in order to warn him at first, but he didn't listen to anyone and kept walking.

"Stop right there!", the guard who had walked towards him earlier shouted back when he saw Jay disregarding his warning completely.

"If you take another step then I will kill you!", the guard shouted.

The remaining guards also noticed this commotion and were now staring at both Jay and the guard who shouted.

Jay paused when he heard the guard threatening him on seeing which the guard smirked and then slowly walked his way.

"Kukuku, that's how you should be...", the guard neared him and then held his shoulders.

"A mere vampire like you dares to disregard us..."

"How bold of you!"

He was giving Jay a fierce look and was trying to dominate him by releasing a lot of killing intent.

The remaining others were laughing loudly because this seemed like some joke to them.

They had been standing there for quite some time due to which they were definitely tired and right now ion seeing what was happening, they thought that it would be a good way for them to relax!

The guard increased the killing intent which increased the pressure too. He wanted to see Jay cower and surrender to them.

All of them wanted to see him grovel which could be thought of as a good lesson for all those who wanted to oppose the guards.

"What's happening there...?", a young pretty girl who had silvery-white hair and seemed as if she was around 16-17 looked through the window of the castle and asked this.

"Sigh, I guess they are picking on someone weak once again...", a handsome young lad who seemed roughly around 17-18 years said that while sighing.

Both of them had pointy ears and a fair complexion. They looked like humans just like others but of course, they were vampires!

"Tsk, we don't give them money to do that...", she said with an annoyed expression.

"I know but there is nothing we can do about it..."

"We should just kick them out!", the girl said that.

She seemed like she was some sort of princess who stayed in the castle but that didn't mean that she looked down on others.

In fact, she seemed quite angry when she saw them picking on one of her subjects due to which he anger just kept increasing.

"Ary, that's not possible..."

"Father wants to win the war of Vergas, that is why he has kept such strong men..."

"No matter what they do, we have to keep them.", he said while sighing yet again.

"Brother Sam, what they are doing isn't right either...!", the girl seemed quite stubborn so she wanted to teach them a lesson and wanted them to be kicked out.

"I don't know about you but I am going to save him..."

Right after she said that she jumped out of the window which was opened and then landed right in front of the guard who was trying to harass or bully Jay.

"What do you think you are doing?", she asked with a dominating tone.

The moment the guard looked at her, he backed off a bit.

Jay too turned his head and looked at her only to find her extremely beautiful. Though, he wasn't swayed away by the look.

He could see that she had pointy ears and deep red eyes just by looking at which he concluded that she was a vampire.

"I... I beg for your forgiveness!"

Jay turned his head towards the other side only to find the same guard who had been acting so cocky was now groveling on the ground.

Jay turned back at her and stared at the dress which she was wearing which seemed like that of a royal dress that a lady or a princess would wear.

She looked at Jay and then asked with a smile while extending her left hand, "Are you alright?"

"..."

Jay was speechless and he didn't know what to tell. He didn't even know who she was when suddenly he heard the other guards coming towards her and kneeling right in front of her.

"Greetings to the Future Moon Of the Kingdom!"
