Ever since Alyx Kennedy was a little girl, she could see and speak to ghosts. She thought this was completely normal till she got older and realized very few people could see and talk to the dead, and even fewer have a ghost as a best friend.



Alyx's best friend, Hayley Beckett, has stuck by her side since day one and is her partner in crime. They never seek out trouble; it just seems to find them, which is how they landed themselves in the middle of a chilling murder.
