Inside the cave.

On the way to the cave maybe because of the saber tiger, no other beasts came forward to attack Yusheng. After the pact Yusheng could feel the connection with the tiger.

She had also given it a name bao bao. Even though a beast but these magical beast were far intelligent, clever, strong and even could understand human than normal beast. After another half hour she finally reached to the marked place. It was a cave but the entrance was covered with throny vines.

Excited to explore Yusheng flicked her sleeves with energy clearing the entrance. She slowly entered the cave took a luminous pearl from her pouch, Illuminating the cave.

The cave seemed to have belonged to some ancient tribes as there were paintings on the wall made by blood mud. A kind of mud when mixed with water becomes dark red as blood. Still used for paintings and colouring houses.

After a long narrow tunnel she reached to an open area, seemed to have been used as a kitchen and sitting area, as there was a rectangular pit filled with old ash a big pot hanging above the pit which was hooked on a metal rod that was connected with the metal pole at the side.

Around the area were some iron chairs. Walking ahead there seemed to have two doors, Yusheng entered the left one .. seemed to be a room to sleep a bed and desk with chair simple.

Walking out she entered the right door. As if stricking luck, it was much bigger that the sleeping room but the wonderful part was it had a hotsping.

Must have been used as bathing room. Warm vapor rising from the pool. There was flower bed which was full of cila flowers.

Smart,...thought Yusheng as cila was a kind of flower which lived from moisture. Planting it here it could absorb as much as moisture it could, resulting it to be ever green. While the moisture was sucked by rows and rows of cila flowers it also protected this room from getting moldy and getting damaged.

There was a big chest made of red water wood, inside was empty. Similarly like on the tunnel walls this room had paintings on its walls.

Fascinated she absorbed herself on the painting as she continued,..her fascination turned to wonder, suprise and fully amazed.

The paintings were not a regular scribbles, it was a cultivation method. Cultivation method of beasts.

It was a cultivation method where a cultivator cultivated with their beasts.

At the end of the painting was a man and a beast and written were the words.. arms in arms we move forward not as two but as one ,...blood and soul connected till death till eternity.

Never had Yusheng even imagined that the day she would gain herself a beast, would also be the day where she would get the cultivation method of the beasts.

Maybe this was what she had been lacking to break through the cultivation a great help to clear the stalemate she was facing. She was excited to try the cultivation as soon as possible but first she had to clean up a little and prepare for dinner.

She opened the chest and from her pouch took out and placed towels, mint paste, her inner garments, bath oils within.

Then she went to the sleeping room and with a flick of her sleeves with Qi the dust was cleared out, with the cloth soaked with water she cleaned the bed desk and chair.

From her pouch she placed the beddings, pillows and blanket on the bed. Outside in the kitchen area

She carried the big pot. Having been wrapping weight binders till now the pot was nothing for Yusheng to carry.

Taking out a bucket from her pouch she drawed water from pool and started to clean the pot inside out. After everything was sorted out she pricked her finger drew some blood and made two kinds of formations on walls and floor of the each room and at the entrance of the cave.

One formation was to create a shield to avoid being penetrated and another was a transportation formation connected to her interspatial ring.

She had measured the space within the ring and was happy to know that there will be enough space even after this cave being transferred inside.

One has to know this kind of formations have been lost in time, only because of vast collection of medicine valley was she able to know and learn it.

Some of her previous ancestors were eccentric and loved to owe such rare things, cultivation techniques, and favors as a price of their treatment.

Feeling everything was in place she called bao bao to go look for woods and hunt. Bao bao crouched down implying her to ride on him. Bao bao was very fast soon they reached a place and Bao bao stopped.

From their pact Yusheng learned that this place was where Bao bao normally hunted for his prey. She waved Bao bao telling he can hunt on his own while she pulled bow and arrow from her ring.

With her mental consciousness spreading she checked her surrounding area and finally found her target.

She opened her eyes moved the bow towards the direction, with mental consciousness locking on target put two arrows on string then she stretched and released the arrows.

With flash steps she reached the place and picked two fat wild hares. She pulled out the arrows and threw everything back inside her ring.

Then she starts to collect the woods and twigs, after collecting enough for a week she checked on Bao bao. Sensing that Yusheng was looking for him Bao bao moves towards her with a deer clamped on his mouth. After collecting everything inside the ring they returned back to cave.

After returning she cleaned out the meats then lighted the fire, skewered the dear and one hare on long metal rod to roast, above she put another hare that she had chopped on the pot, poured water and left it to boil.

She added spices and wild mushrooms on the pot while also adding spices on the roasted meet, soon the cave was filled with foods aroma.

She left the deer for bao bao and ate the hare roast and soup with gusto.
