Good actors.

Pei Jin after having bathed and dressed was now siping on tea in his study. His good mood still present.

"Tao prepare the room nicely benwang is going to bring wangfei" ordered Pei Jin.

Though answering with a straight face and humble yes, inside he was shocked and wordless. After exiting the study room he went to order left and right.

Soon as expected a messenger from palace came huffing and puffing to inform that both the emperor and the empress had fallen ill.

Pei Jin with his dark and cold face hurried towards palace. As he reached, third prince and all the other prince and princesses with their mothers equally hurried.

Soon the crying and wailing had started, imperial physicians crowded the bed trying to diagonise but utterly failing in their duties.

What is the situation? asks Pei Jin.

Unable to diagonise they with sweat on their forehead and backs stood like a statue, fearing that their head would detach from Pei Jin's sword anytime.

"Have you all become dumb or ate lions heart to disregard this prince? Speak now or forget about speaking ever" said Pei Jin slowly, but everyone knew his temper was reaching to peak.

Even the third prince who liked to act a lot zipped his mouth knowing Pei Jin is becoming unstable and not a good time for him to speak or this demon would turn his sword on him.

Slowly the head of the crowd of doctor spoke " your highness, it seems to be the case of poisoning . But the strange thing is we are unable to diagnose it's kind. Both his holy one and her majesty seems to have same poison, it's shaming but we are indeed unable to do anything at present moment"

Consort mu and third prince felt their hearts cold. As this was not supposed to happen, the one who had provided the poison had said the timeline would be by the end of the year, but now it has activated at the beginning of the year.

Feeling anxious inside yet they still cried their hearts out on surface. While Pei Jin gave a cold grin to all the doctors.

" Hehe.. so basically you all are telling benwang that you all are useless. Someone have these idiots thrown to prison, later benwang will have a nice chat with them" ordered Pei Jin and as if searching for someone he looked towards the acting clowns.

"Why are you all crying and wailing as if the holy ones has passed away? Get lost not having enough sensibility disturbing and crowding the patients. Go cry outside, do not howl and show your ugly faces infront of benwang. And where is Feng Min" ordered and questions Pei Jin.

Hearing his chilled and angry voice as if pressing a stop button, everyone shut their mouths and went outside the room. Though unwilling but the position, power and the temper of his no one can afford to attend. Hence some willingly while some forced left the room.

A maid servant informed Pei Jin that feng Min has gone to bring the lord of the valley to treat the royal ones. Nodding his head and giving light instructions he went outside where now all the actors were present.

He then called the royal guards and ordered them "have all the present here placed on house arrest, third prince will be held in consort mu's place, till the holy ones are cured and the perpetrator behind this incident is thoroughly investigated have them under the arrest."

Third prince was about to argue but was held back when Pei Jin looked in his eyes and word by word said " if any one dares to go against benwang, leave none alive, the holy ones being poisoned inside the palace, the people of palace are most suspicious hence either obediently go and wait for results or die right now. Also detain the servants of entire place and throw them to prison for interrogation."

Everyone knew that they would definetly be killed by him, if they dared to say otherwise hence with lots of fear and grievances they very obediently with the guards went to their places.

On their way, once again they started to wail loudly and praying it loud for the holy ones, each crying louder than the other. Like this they reached their places with no servant guarded by the royal guard.
