Toshinori Yagi POV
This was madness. Heroes and Villains, hundreds, thousands of each, against a single man?
But it was the only way. The Villains did not want the king to regain his place on the throne, and neither did the heroes.
Villains I hadn't seen in years, S Ranked and meant to be in Tartarus filled the room. This, right here, was our only shot at stopping the old monster.
Our only window of opportunity to do so.
And if I had to smile and shake hands with monsters and murders, and give them freedom to accomplish that? Well, that's what I would have to do.
Warlords, murderers and people that did things that made me sick were here, but no one was gloating.
Who would be, when even despite our combined power, we might lose here?
Eri had returned to me my old power, but would it be enough? I failed last time, despite all I had done.
And now? With that damned doctor back at his side? I don't think All For One will be constrained to a wheelchair for much longer.
Not much longer no, but we knew where those wounds were being fixed. Were a weakened monster would be hiding.
Jaku.
No one here had truly fought him, and I knew I only won due to a fluke. They seemed to think fighting him would be like fighting me, and the villains here seemed almost... confident.
That would be rectified quickly. You don't fight All For One, no, you hold out and hope, pray, that he leaves, seeing your demise as worth less then him being revealed.
You can't slowly tear him down, because the damage you do, the muscles you tear apart, and the bones you break mend themself. Muscle reknits itself, bones align themselves correct and crack into place, and every single cell you hurt gets replaced with healthy cells seconds after.
You couldn't win, and a good day is when not everyone dies.
A good day is when the city is still standing.
But now? Now we could actually win, now, with the power of all villains and heroes around the world, we had a chance to actually put him down.
To end this ancient threat, once and for all.
My eyes scanned around the room, and I was both happy and enraged.
This... this could work. We had the forces, and we had the power to do this.
But these villains... these villains that me and my colleagues have been putting behind bars for decades... would walk free, if they made it out alive.
But it was better then the alternative.
The clock hit twelve, and it was time to begin this trainwreck.
It was time to rip the brakes out of this train.
I walked to the middle of this room, and all eyes were on me, and so I began to speak.
"Hello. Some of you are here to end a threat that has been plaguing not just japan, but the world, since the emergance of quirks. He is not the man we knew from a decade ago, no, he is weakened, but he is not weak. He will be going through surgery soon to bring him back to his former prime, so we will have to attack soon so he does not have time to do so."
Som people around me seemed confident, seeming to think that they could beat him if he was weakened. A mistake htey would only make once.
"He has two bodyguards, Gigantomachia, civilan name unknown, that we will attempt to isolate from both The Doctor, Kyudai Garaki, and the Shadow Queen, Midoriya Kyoko, as he is known to be more powerful when being given orders."
Now the audience seemed to grow less confident, which is good, they won't try to solve this alone, but I can't let it break morale.
"We are unsure if he has many quirks, but we do know he has been All For One's personal bodyguard for decades, at the very least. But, while it will be hard, he can be beaten, as shown in the past."
"Now, the Shadow Queen, real name Midoriya Kyoko, is able to steal and use quirks like they are shadows floating around her. She has a quirk that can heal her at an incredible pace, so don't think it will be easy to neutralize her."
This got a few nervous shuffles around the room, it seems most people here know why you should fear a quirk thief.
"We will most likely find her close to All For One, as she has shown discomfort during the times she is far away from him. She is willing to lay down her life for All For One, or so our many allies with mental quirks seem to believe."
"Kyudai Garaki is not a capable combatant, but he has on occasion shown to use biological weapons. Don't let him suprise you."
And one final look around the room before saying my parting words.
"Remember, we might number in the thousands, but this is All For One, someone that is better treated as a natural disaster then a villain. He may have thousands, if not more, quirks gathered. Do not underestimate him."
And with that said I walked back into the crowd of the scum of earth and the defenders of earth, and I knew that we would stand togheter against this beast.
Because we had too.

Kirishima Ejiro POV
Class was... well, it was strange. I had no idea what was happening, but all teachers seemed subdued, and some of the older students were almost scared.
Of what, I don't know, but it was something.
And with Aizawai-sensei late I might as well ask around in class, I mean, it feels like that guy would expel me for breathing wrong.
Logical deception, how unmanly. There was nothing logical about it.
"So, does anyone know what's happening and why the teachers seems so stressed?"
It was Yaoyorozu that answered my question.
"I'm not sure, but my mother and father are also really stressed, and they told me to go right home after school. They said something big was happening."
Well, I mean, maybe some sort of festival? Or a hero is retiring or something like that.
The Iida began to talk.
"Well, my brother was called into a meeting, and apperently hundreds of other heroes were too. They are probably attacking a villain organization."
Well that makes more sense then a festival.
"Guess we have to ask Sensei, huh?"
And out of the corner of my eye I saw Bakugou twitch when I said sensei. I guess even he is scared of Aizawa, huh?
Of course, Mina took that opportunity to start teasing Bakugou for that.
"Haha, you are scared of something! Well, it's nothing to be ashamed of!"
The mocking tone, the words making him seem weak, I knew this was what Bakugou hated the most. This is what pushed his anger beyond anything else, so I hardened my entire body, and prepared for the coming explosion.
It didn't come. Instead, Bakugou let out a powerful sigh, before he hesitating started speaking.
"I-I know what is happening."
Did Bakugou, a manly man, just stutter?
"I had a friend, well classmate, that works for this villain. She started changing a lot, talking to people less and generally stopped speaking about heroes anymore, and I thought, you know, that's just puberty! Then, months later after she hadn't come to school for several days, she always came to school by the way, even when she was sick, the police knock on my door."
"Wait. Wait." That was Yaoyorozu. "What do you mean even when she was sick?"
"Well, she was quirkless, or we thought she was, so the teachers all gave her trouble for everything."
"Wait, Bakugou, what do you mean thought?"
He glared at me for interuppting before speaking again.
"Don't interuppt me again, alright hedgehair?"
"You also have spiky hair!"
"Whatever. Anyways, turns out she had a quirk, a powerful one, but she turned to the wrong crowd. Villains. And now, a year later? She is basically bowing at the feet of some fucker she calls Sensei."
That's- that's unmanly. No, that's just plain fucked up.
At our silence, he started talking again, but this time far more to himself then to us.
"All For One they call the fucker. According to the cracknuts of the internet Tartarus inmates were recruited to fight him."
He looked down at his hands, nostalgic, but it was hard to not see the regret that clung to him like a second skin at this moment.

Midoriya Kyoko POV
Sensei, the doctor and me have been hiding like rats for so long, but that time is soon over.
Soon, all that was needed now was the doctor putting All For One back in his old body, and I already had the copied quirks inside of me.
The doctors calls got my attention and I flipped my phone out, sitting here on a bench in a quaint little park.
I could see Inko from here.
"Yes Doctor?"
His voice always grated on my ears, nothing at all like Sensei's, but it did so even more over the phone.
"Remember Midoriya, that the copy has far more weaknesses then the original, or at least for now. The largest is nullified by your own quirk, something that even I can't copy, but you still have a limited number of 'shadows' you can have out at a time."
"I am aware, doctor, do you want to tell me anything important?"
You better have.
"Yes, yes, I am proud to tell you that I have succesfully cloned the majority of quirks that were in Sensei's old body, and that we can prodceed to the next phase."
Good. I vanished in a spray of muddy water, going unnoticed by all park goers and that's not even talking about the overworked security guard handling the camera, my phone laying on the park bench where I left it.
The doctor trying to get my attention failed in doing so as I saw the tube.
Well, no, I saw what was in the tube.
A large body, almost as big as All Might, but so much better. White short curls on his head, and I smiled, embarrased.
He wasn't smiling my back, but if he was awake he would be.
Unfocused eyes behind half lidded eyelids didn't track my movements, but they would be beautiful once this was done. Like clear diamonds, they would make many freeze in awe or fear.
I will do anything for you, Sensei.
His eyes closed as the dark fully claimed him, but he would soon be back, and we would accomplish our dream.

Sensei POV
I was unable to move a single muscle, but I saw Kyoko smile at me, and I wished I could smile back.
I will do anything for you, Kyoko, and I know you will be unable to do anything but the same.
The dark claimed me, and soon I would be back, and we would accomplish our dream.
After that? Who knows.
