Spying

I flapped my wings as I grazed the tips of the forest trees. The sky was clear, giving way to the beaming sun, no cloude were in sight. Birds dodged as I came zooming towards them at high speed and the tree swayed left and right following the slight summers breeze. The only thing to be heard was the loud flap of my wings, the birds singing there delightful song and the constant rumble of the city a few miles ahead of me. It was nice, calm and tranquil for once.

I flew around, flapping my majestic wings up and down, until I reached a small, cozy estate. I landed in the forest beside it and causally I walked onto the street. No one was around, luckily, so I entered the neighbourhood.

The neighbourhood was clustered with little cream colored, dash pebbled covered houses. The housed were organized in neat lines and lay outs along the road side. They looked small but cute.

My ears pricked up with the sound of males laughing just around the corner. I walked over to the sound and hid behind the front wall. As I peaked over the top of wall I saw a group of males entered a house with bags in their hands. They looked like shopping bags. The males voices were muffle but they seemed to be arguing about something. Once they all got inside, one of them came out and locked ther car. He waited for a while with hands in his pocket and leaning on thw bonnet of the car. He was scanning his surroundings or something.

I ducked to avoid his wide view of the street. I don't even get why I hid in the first place. As I glanced once more but when I looked back he was gone. I breathed a sigh of relief and returned to a sitting position with my eyes closed and my head resting on the wall behind me.

"Spying?" I jumped and my eyes shot open. To my left stood a figure. He had his arms crossed around his torso and was staring me down. His hair was a dirty black color and messy. He was wearing a read tie-died shirt along with black cotton shorts. He was about 5 foot eight, five nine maybe. He seemed nice but the only thing was that this 'figure' was... Kyle.

My Brother...
