Competition

I sat in the car, near the window.

A male was peeking glances at me through the window. He sat beside me and was the same size as me. My twin, Harry. He sat on my right beside me. Harry was an identical twin to me. His hair was black, eyes were wide and blue, same hight as me, same personality. There was really no difference just the fact the he was a male and I was female.

I tapped his shoulder and he darted, curious eyes into mine. When I didn't react or say anything he shrugged his shoulders and returned to studying the road through the front screen window.

I hoped he would say something so I decided not to push it. Gazing out the window, I seemed to drift away somewhere. When I returned, I noticed that we were nearing a skate park.

Groups of talented skaters drifted from one corner to another, exploring new stunts and flips while their companies cheered or ohhhhed depending of how well the stunted landed the stunt. The stunt park was unusualy big and... Crowded. It was only then I realised it was a competition.

As I got out, the cold wind slapped me straight into my face. Pulling up my hood and sticking my hands into my soft padded pocket. We walked in the direction the cheering crowd.

When the spectators saw us they cheered and made path way to the arena. I, not knowing why, backed away but got pulled back in by Harry. He put his arm around me, not specifically in a comforting way but in more of a force full way. I hid under my hood as the crowed ooooed at us.

When we go to the open area the boys were all handed as skate board or a scooter.

I stayed sitting there on the edge of a drop as the rest of my gang carried on and started do different stunts.

This reminded me of when my and my brothers would go and attended a similar competition. Except that they would float above the ground intsead of the wheels. Not to brag, but I was pretty good, not as good as my brothers but still, above average.

I leaned back, resting my hands behind me. Watching the boys, they seemed so happy here. Unlike me. I watched their every move, how they would swerve out of the humans way so that tgeir would be no collision. They really took their job seriously.

Everything was peacefully until someone called my name. I got startled. Roy landed a stunt right bedside me.

"Hey your turn. Just remember its a bit different from back home." He said with a evil smirk over his face.
