Desert - B

Krrrrrk! Tuuk! Tuuk! Tuuk! "Hey, how long have we been walking? I'm bored." Roo asked and looked towards Adam who was right in front of him while kicking a couple of small rocks towards the wall of the tunnel.

"Around twenty-five minutes," Adam answered.

"Is it just me or it's gone awfully chilly here?" Bunny asked and looked forwards while blowing warm air to her hands. She turned her head to her left side and looked towards Crow who nodded while rubbing her hands.

"It is getting colder and the cave is roughly double the size now." Bull nodded and pointed his flashlight towards the rocky roof of the cave that was a couple of meters above him.

The five of them continue walking around the cave for a couple of minutes that slowly grow bigger and colder. Adam and Roo suddenly stopped and hides behind a large rock that was beside the wall while Bull, Bunny, and Crow followed them.

"Look there's light over there!" Roo shouted while pointing towards the other side of the wall that has a large opening a couple of meters ahead of them. A warm orange light was coming out from it with a slight crackling noise that echoed throughout the tunnel.

"Shush! Lower your voice Roo!" Bunny whispered and punched Roo's shoulder while Roo looked towards her.

"Yes, lower your voice Roo we have to be very careful. That light could be another team or contestants." Adam explained while looking towards Roo who quickly nodded while closing his mouth with both of his hands.

"Now be ready for anything because we're going to go there slowly," Adam said while looking towards his teammates who instantly nodded. Bunny collected the flashlights from everyone and puts them to the side of her bag as it instantly turned into a small rod of metal and went inside into her bag.

Adam reached to his back and pulled out his daggers, Bull melts his hands and created his pair of sword and shield, Crow reached to her sides and took out two of her handguns, Roo holds both of his hands in front of him, and Bunny cracked her finger while smiling wide.

"Let's go." Adam walked out from the stone and ran to the other side of the wall with his teammates behind him. The five of them slowly walked towards the large opening and tried their best to not make any sound while keeping their distance close to the wall.

Roo suddenly turned his head to his right side and noticed a medium-sized hole on the bottom of the wall. He stopped and stared at it while squinting his eyes as he felt a weird sensation from it a couple of seconds ago.

"Hey, what are you doing? Come on let's go, don't just stand there." Bunny looked towards Roo who quickly looked towards her while pointing towards the hole that he was staring at.

"I think something was staring at us from that hole and it felt like a really big thing, I'm sure it wasn't a contestant," Roo explained and looked back towards the hole while Adam stopped and looked towards him.

"It's probably your imagination, now go. We're very close to the light now." Bunny pointed forwards as they were just a couple of steps away from the large opening. The five of them continue walking towards the large opening and Adam suddenly stopped as he reached the edge of the opening.

"Now, I'm going to go in there first and you guys come in when I told you okay?" Adam asked while looking towards Bull, Bunny, Roo, and Crow who nodded. Adam took a deep breath and holds his daggers in front of him.

BZZZZ! BZZZ! Adam's gem suddenly lights up bright blue and thick strands of lightning instantly crawled up his arms and down his legs. His daggers instantly absorbed the strands of lightning and instantly grew long while lighting up bright red.

BZZZ! BZZZZ! BEEP! The large strands of lightning that were crawling down his legs were instantly absorbed by his shoes which instantly glow bright blue while his watch rang beeped and showed "One thousand times."

VWOOOOOOOSH! Adam instantly dashed inside the large opening with his daggers to his sides and left a trail of blue lightning on the ground, while his teammates hold themselves to the wall as the strong wind that Adam created blew them.

"Guys come in here!" Adam shouted from inside the large opening and his teammates instantly ran inside. Bull, Bunny, Roo, and Crow quickly ran inside the large opening and stopped right behind Adam with shock drawn on their faces, while holding their weapon in front of them.

A couple of meters right in front of them there was a large pile of bones and skulls that were pale white and was surrounded by dried-out blood that turned dark red. Right behind the tall pile, there was an enormous fire camp that has a couple of large dried skin which was covered with dark brown fur hanging above it.

"Are those rat skulls? How are they that big? And are those their skins? What is this? What is going on here?!" Bunny rapidly asked while pointing towards the pile of bones and skull, fire camp, and the dried rat skins a couple of times.

"Guys! Look! There are gigantic eggs over there!" Roo suddenly shouted while pointing towards the other side of the room and everyone quickly looked towards it. Six gigantic colorful scaled shell eggs were sitting down on top of a pile of transparent skin-like scales against the wall on the other side of the room.

"Are those eggs? Why are they covered in scales? And why are they so big?" Bull asked while staring towards the eggs.

"Piles of bones, a gigantic fire camp, dried rat skins, and six eggs on top of transparent scales. This must be a nest for some sort of animal, but what kind of animal?" Adam asked while looking around the cave.

"You're right lion masked boy. This is a nest for an animal but not just any normal animal." A soft voice suddenly came from the Beasts back and the five of them quickly turned around.

Right in front of the entrance of the nest, a gigantic green-scaled snake slowly stands up and looked towards the Beasts. The snake suddenly looked towards Adam with its dark purple eyes while Adam looked towards a large black navette-shaped gem that was in the middle of the snake's forehead.

"Welcome to my nest!" The snake smiled while the Beasts looked towards it.
