I hesitantly followed Goren to his office and closed the door behind us. The room was to my luck soundproof. Goren handed me a letter. I looked at him weirdly and sat down at the nearby grey couch, tearing the edges of the envelope open to reveal the letter and a small pin. The pin had nothing on it. It was blue. Just a plain sky blue.

I just shook my head as I held the pin. I attached it to my shirt and slowly unfolded the letter.

‘Dear Goren

You’ve been my best friend since I’ve been born. You were always there for me and Mira but this time I need to ask you to look after my sister. Whatever happens, her life is in danger. I need you to help her flee. I will sadly not see you again but remember what I told you. If you don’t remember, look at what I attached.

When the time is right. I need you to tell her.

I gulped as I looked up at Goren and saw him smiling at me.
