Finally On Board the Plan

An hour had already passed since Artie left with the maid. Herriot breathed out through his teeth, getting fed up with the apples given to him. He was even playing with the core while waiting for food. For some reason, he felt aggrieved when his belly continued to grumble.

When they were traveling, the knights would cook as soon as one of them would be up… because the knights had to eat as well. Moreover, even in Ellis Plains, they would serve early because Miel and the rest had to take their breakfast before the archduke and archduchess would come to eat. It didn't matter if it was simple; as long as it was edible and hot, Herriot would eat even a peasant's soup.

Selvig had come down, feeling well-rested from seeing that everything seemed to be going well. Then again, he was surprised to see Herriot growling at the table. Even the duke and the duchess were surprised by the sight. The Achlysian prince then pulled back slowly and fixed his posture.
