"Hey! That's my horse!" Artie was planning to talk to Herriot on their way back, but she was blatantly ditched by the man. Then again, she wasn't that angry… as if knowing that Herriot was pretty protective of his secrets that could actually harm the royal house. She figured that if the people found out that Herriot wasn't a real demon descendant, things would rain down on that royal house.

Despite that fact, Terone and Rumina still adopted him. Adopting a male child might be for a political reason, but they still took care of him enough for Herriot to treasure them for life. What would he not give to keep it a secret?
