Silence came from Larkin for a moment before he slowly rose to sit up, with one leg on the 'floor' while the knee of the other was close to his chest. He leaned on one arm behind him, and the other was kept free as if for gesturing. "You knew how to knit without getting an apprenticeship from a master knitter then?"

The angel felt like the conversation was a little strange. She then locked the thread and needles before putting them down on the 'pool' in the middle of her crossed legs. Her skirt was covering her legs and even served as a tablecloth for the items in front of her. "Uhm, no… you see, we have this… magical library that contained a lot of knowledge.
