Chapter 3: Proposal

[Lee's POV]

I just woke up because I just felt someone kiss my cheek.

"Rose wake up, we are here" said another man's voice. Wait! Man? What worries me is my boyfriend. I just opened my eyes. It was right that I was Mike who was with me

"Where are we?" I asked him looking out of the car

"We are here now at our rest house on the ridge. So come and just go there and continue your sleep" he said. Rest House? Tagaytay? The distance from this place to our house.

"Mike, my sister? Has he come home yet?" I asked him as I got out of the car

"Don't worry she's fine. Actually she's in your older brother" he said. Our brother? Maybe he's looking for me! Oh my ghad! Jewel is very talkative

"If you are  worried that your sister might report you, Don't worry because my friends talked to her without saying anything about us" he said as we walked into the house.

Wow! how nice their house is. I think I can relax now. Because next week I have work. I turned out to be a Korean prosecutor. I will fly back there again. Being a prosecutor has no rest, especially when there is a case to focus on. I will leave my family again especially my boyfriend.

"Mike, I will be back in Korea next week. I don't know when I will go home again." I told him he stopped walking

"I thought you would never go back there? I thought you were here to be assigned to the Philippines?" its language confused

"I was thinking because Mike I started there and I will finish there too. Sorry, You know my favorite place is korea so I assigned there, right?" I spoke to him

"Rose, how many more years will I have to wait? To be with you? You know we just met in person. Then you will leave again" he said

"I'm sorry, if we are really destined, even if we don't meet for a few more years. We will still be" I told him

I don't want to leave but I have to, because that's where the dreams I started. I don't want to end that just because of love so I don't want to love because of love you have to sacrifice something just to be with your loved one especially your career. I am not like them I would rather lose a boyfriend than lose a job.

"Rose, on Facebook we started to love even though we did not meet and just now we met I still love you. I will support you with everything you want. I will still wait for you no matter how many years pass. You are still here in my heart." it says that I am happy

"Thank you Mike, thank you. Let's go in. I'm leaving next week so let's not think about that first. Will we not talk so we will be fucosed there first" I said and he immediately suspected entering.

I knew he was hurt but I could do nothing. I do not want to give up the thing I worked for just because of love. Sorry I love you

"That's right, let's not think about that first. Let's have fun here on the ridge. It looks like it's your vacation before you leave" he said with a smile.

But I know he was just forced to smile. We have been boyfriend and girlfriend for almost 5 years because of Facebook. I even remember the day he chatted with me which I admired but I don't know why maybe because he was the one assigned to me. I was in korea that day. We endured not seeing each other for 5 years. Because I am in Korea. But when our law firm gave me a vacation, I was very happy because I will finally see him. According to the fact that when the plane I was boarding landed in the Philippines, I immediately told him that we would meet at the Mall of Naga (Bicol). I was excited then because I will see my first boyfriend. Yes, my first boyfriend because I have never had a relationship with him. And that's when we met at the Mall that I thought they were going to kill people with him so my brother and I immediately ran. I didn't know he was my boyfriend, because his Facebook profile was different so I didn't know him.

"Mike you just want to come to korea" I told him with a smile

"Rose, I'm sorry I can't come. You know my parents in the company need me." sabi nito. Yes, they have a company. I wish we could bond more

"Oh yes, I forgot you can't leave lightly because of your company. You and my brother are just as busy with our company. My brother and I don't have time anymore" I said

"Even if I want to go with you to Korea, it is not possible. If I am not the only heir, you will leave the Philippines immediately and I will follow you to Korea." its language

"It's okay. Surely we are the same as busy, isn't that why there is no problem." I said

"Let's go to my room I will show you something" he pulled my hand.

I am hurting because he is hurting. Just wait I love the day I come home I will never go back to korea and you will be with me for the rest of my life.

"Rose look ohh" he pointed to her room. Wow, it's nice to have a picture of me glued.

"Mike, why did you take my pictures on Facebook. Your deception!" I said

"For when you are not by my side I will still remember you." sagot nito n ikina kilig ko. shit!

"Is this your room? Wow huh it's really nice to work" I asked him admiringly

"I don't have this room Rose" it said

"Huh? To whom? If you don't have this room why do I have photos here?" wonder if he asked

"Rose we have two rooms. Not just me" he replied with a smile.

"Saatin? How did this happen to us?" I asked him curiously

"Rose is what we need to talk about. I want you to go home to work. Don't come back. Let's go together." its language that surprised me

"M-together? What did you eat Mike? Why are you saying that." I will ask

"Rose, I want us to get married. I only want to see you when I wake up in the morning. I just want you to kiss me on the lips. So please let that happen" He said,

I was surprised by what he said but I was especially thrilled.

"Is that what you want? Do you really want us to be together?" I asked him

"Yes Rose so please agree. I know you don't want to be tied up early because of your career but I can't afford not to be with you." It says

"Okay, I'll agree." I told him that he was surprised and he suddenly knelt down which surprised me

"Rose Santos, now I kneel in front of you to get your answer. WILL YOU MERRY ME?" its question made me cry especially

"Yes Mike, I will Merry you" I replied to him. He immediately put the ring on my hand.

"Yes, my fiancee is Rose!" its cry once hugged me.

My joy now, I will return to Korea with a wide smile. I will return to korea for my last job.

"Mike we have a problem." I said as he stopped screaming

"What is that?" its a question

"My older brother might get angry" I said

"Don't worry I've got her yes." sabi nito.

"Huh? How come?" I wonder

"Actually your brother is my friend so I quickly got his yes. Hahaha the things I told you at the Mall were just acting for you to come with me" he said which surprised me. Is our older brother his friend? What the !! since when?

"As for your deception, why didn't you tell me?" I said

"If I tell you my plan will be ruined. I have not been able to propose to you today" he replied. That's right he can't propose to me and I won't be his Fiance yet ..

"Yes nuh! Mike it's night oh. I haven't eaten yet." I said

"All right, wait for me here first and I'll cook for you." sabi nito

He immediately left the room to cook for me. He knows how to cook me because he doesn't. I do not like to cook. hayst! this is a problem with us. I'm sleepy ahh. I better sleep first, he hasn't cooked yet. Take a nap first.
