Revelations

'Oh. I think she's asking about me. Talk to her in private. Don't tell anyone else about me.'

'Miss Io Moon?'

She didn't reply.

Mentally shrugging, Old Dust turned his focus back to the girl. Since Io Moon wouldn't explain, he wouldn't ask more. He would just comply and listen to this immortal legend.

His eyes met with Aquila's piercing gaze.

Coughing, he turned towards Old Master Silvermoon.

"I'll borrow the little girl for a bit, Old Silver."

Although the old master was confused, he still nodded, but inside, he was wondering about the relationship between this person and Old Dust. But he trusted his friend.

"So uh... Miss..."

"You can call me Aquila. So? Who is it?"

"Miss Aquila, if I may ask first, what actually happened to Titania?" After hearing what Io Moon had said about this girl, combined with the domineering aura she had, Old Dust had subconsciously become more respectful towards Aquila.

Looking down, Aquila replied, "There's not much more to it. She died in an explosion."

Before he could ask more, she questioned him again. "So who is it?"

"It's Miss Io Moon."

Seeing her raised eyebrows, he continued, "She's a legend here. To be able to cultivate up to the Seventh Moon at the young age of 42, you can imagine how powerful she must have been. It's unfortunate that she died several thousands of years ago." As he talked about Io Moon, his eyes were shining brightly, his gaze full of veneration.

"So let me get this straight. You have this Io Moon's divine sense in your mind?"

"Yes... are you familiar with this?" He asked, dumbstruck by how casual she was being; as if this was actually a common occurrence. Which it was NOT!

"Eh. So onto the more important part—did you just say there are phases over Second Moon?"

"... It apparently goes up to Tenth Moon, but this continent doesn't have enough energy to support cultivators past Second Moon," Old Dust said while thinking, 'How is this more important than a dead cultivator being in my head? Actually... how did she even know there's someone in my head?'

At this moment, Io Moon spoke up again. "I told you, she's from another world. Maybe this is normal for her. Wait, ask her if it's possible for me to have a physical body."

"Ahem. Miss Aquila?" he called out to Aquila, seeing her deep in thought. As she shifted her attention to him, he looked the other way. She seemed annoyed.

"About that, Miss Io Moon said that you... somehow came from another world? So... she wanted me to ask you if there's a way for her to get a physical body back?"

Aquila looked at him with a deadpanned expression.

'Duh, it's possible,' she thought.

"Yeah," came her reply.

Old Dust was stupefied by how nonchalantly she answered.

'Bringing a dead person back to life is nothing short of a big deal, little girl. Do you know what you're talking about?'

Seeing his expression, Aquila sighed before casually explaining, "It would not be possible if she had no divine sense, but she does. Plus, she's been cultivating for so long, putting her in a body is simple."

Then she looked at him expectantly, as if waiting for him to catch on.

"..." He looked at her cluelessly.

"... Find a dead body. Put her divine sense in it." She looked as if she was done with this idiot.

"Ah... yes yes, I see, I see... but how do I put her divine sense in a body?"

"Well, that's for me and you to find out."

"... can you repeat that?"

"I. Do. Not. Know."

"Oh..."

Old Dust went silent, questioning life and everything he knew. Meanwhile, Aquila was thinking about what she just learned. Truthfully speaking, she didn't even know if traveling to another world from a moon was possible. But she was willing to find out.

"I think we're done here, yes?" Her cold voice brought Old Dust out from his daze as he quickly got up and followed after her.
