Chapter 8: Hatsu and First Nen Ability

Xeno came close and put his hand on Geno's shoulder. "well, you won your first fight, boy."
"wait, just won. Where is my bonus reward?" glared Geno at the old man.
"Well, and I thought you are smart, and you got yourself tricked by a wolf. The shadow wolf grows two hearts, you fool." Scolded, Xeno.
At the mansion of this, Geno remembered his aunt's words, and his face turned red from embarrassment. The wolf, knowing it was found out tried to run. Xeno and Geno ignored it.
"Well, I will give you a month this time to train by yourself. I will see your progress then. Nice modification on Zetsu, by the way." complimented Xeno while leaving.
Geno nodded and started thinking about the fight.
'I think it's time to make use of my past life and get rid of the memories.' thought Geno and started formulating a plan.
First, he needed to figure out his ability as a specialist. He knew that part of his hatsu ability allowed him to be a transmuter with space and time law at that?
He trained for a whole week and tried to experiment with different ideas, but he still couldn't figure his ability. He sensed some changes but couldn't identify them. He related it to what happened during the water divination test.
So, he went to his mother to ask her about what happened during his water divination test and why they were all surprised.
"Hey, mom," said Geno creating his mom.
"Yeah, baby," answered Lana while pinching her son's chick.
"so I was training and tried to check my hatsu, but I still couldn't awaken it, and I related it to what had happened during the water divination test." Said Geno.
Lana thought for a moment and summarized what happens to Geno. She told him about his absorption ability. She also told him the changes that happen to him during the water divination test, the changes to his eyes, his hair, and his aura.
After listening to his mother, Geno had an idea about his hatsu. So, he excused himself and ran to the training ground. He started experimenting again and had some fruitful outcomes.
He was shocked by his ability that he thought the world was insane for giving him such ability.
So he called it 'There Mode Vendetta.'.
[Three Mode Vendetta:
Description: the user has three different modes with different characteristics. The user can change between modes when he achieves the mode conditions.
Mode one, Cronus:
Description: the normal mode in which the user will be a transmuter and his aura will change to space and time aura.
Conditions: None.
Mode Two, Destroyer:
Description: in this mode, the user's affinity to the other categories will change to the following:
Transmuter: 150%,
Enhancer: 100%,
Conjurer: 100%,
Emitter: 50%,
Manipulator: 0%
Conditions:
1. The user must develop his battle lust.
2. The user needs to be in a battle for five minutes or gets injured five times. Every injury waves a minute.
Restrictions:
1. The mode can only be activated for an hour a day.
2. During the mode, the battle can not be broken before the defeat or the death of the opponent.
3. If defeated, the user pain level will multiply by ten.
Mode three, Devourer:
Description: in this mode, No aura or life exists. The user will be a full specialist with devouring ability. The user can absorb Nen, life force, and Nen abilities.
Conditions:
1. The user must have only one emotion in his heart, and one thought in mind, Devour.
Restrictions:
1. The aura devoured can not be used till after a week.
2. The quantity absorbed will be converted to pain after switching modes.]
Although His ability was overkill, the requirements to activate the other two modes were high. It would take years of training his mind, his emotions, and Nen to activate the mode. Plus, he would also need years of battle experience to use them correctly.
'well, it can't be helped. Better, start with what I can use.' thought Geno.
'Ok, so in normal mode. I can change my aura to space or time, huh. Well, I have some ideas that will help me.' the gears in Geno's head started spinning to the max.
He kept experiencing for the whole day till he perfected three abilities with conditions and restrictions. He also prepared to swear vows to supplement them.
He started with a space ability. He called it 'Kamui'. Yeah, yeah, he stole it from Obito and with his modified Zetsu principle. He was sure he would perfect it.
[Kamui:
Description: Space, around the user, is cut off from the world and formed a dimension parallel to the world. The user can send a projection if he wants. In this state, he can pass through the solid, humans, and attacks.
Restrictions:
1. As long as the user is in Zetsu state, he will be in the second dimension. The part covered by Nen will be out of the dimension.
2. If he is caught before entering the dimension, he will be forced out and can't enter till the battle ends.
3. If he doesn't send a projection, he can't attack till a projection of his body appears.
4. In the projection state, the user will be forced out. if the opponent touched the projection for six continuous seconds.]
He tried formulating the conditions to make it work but still couldn't activate it.
'I still needed a vow, huh. Well, I prepared three F vows. I will try a strong one' thought Geno.
Geno took a long breath and cleared his heart, and kept repeating the abuse and discrimination he received in his past liI again and again. He kept frowning, but after some time, he sighed and let it go. Geno felt a serene feeling washing his heart. He then formulated Kamui with the restrictions again, but this time he added a vow to forgive all that hurt him in his previous life.
He sensed his Nen flow near his heart, trying to check his vow. He knew even if only a seed of hesitation, His Nen would cripple him if not killed. That is why he kept repeating the scenes of his past life, again and again, to make sure he finally let it go. He waited for a few minutes till his Nen flowed like normal, then started checking the change to his hatsu.
Suddenly, he felt his ability activating. He activated Zetsu at once. He felt the space around him being cut out of the world. He came near a wall and stepped forward, and, houla, he passes through. He e tried to control his projection and sneaked to his father in his study. His father didn't feel his presence at all. He waved multiple times but still no reaction.
He thought for a while and decided to surprise him, so he showed his projection. When his father sensed his presence, he jumped back as if he had seen a horrible ghost. In truth, that was what he had seen as Geno can control what to project so he projected only half of his body with a weird expression on his face.
"Geno, what the hell? You almost scared me to death." Said Mon taking a deep breath to calm himself.
"Hey, dad. What do you think? Cool, right?" said Geno while laughing at his dad's expression.
"Good, brat. You have grown up, and now you tease your father." Said Mon while giving his son a loving fist.
Geno giggled sheepishly and waited for his father to calm down.
"so what was that brat? Your ability?" asked Mon.
"Yeah, what do you think? Awesome, right?" asked Geno.
"so what is this ability of yours?" asked Mon, signaling Geno to continue explaining
