Chapter 24: End of the Competion and The Game

As you can see, There is only the few of you who support this book and I really don't want to discard it.

This my first writing in which I learned a lot about how to improve my writing.

This book also represent a lot to me. As a die-heart fan of Hunter X Hunter, I wanted to present a story that was neglected in fanfic. I never read about a complete Dark continent arc in the other fanfic so I made it as the real problem of my book.

I will try uploading chapters from time to time but the frequency will decrease significantly so I would like to apologise for that.

Two weeks and three days passed since the capital purge. During this time, Geno and Edward were able to eliminate two other major cities, four towns, and about eight villages.

After that, they headed to the meeting point. By this time, they were sure they won. They collected a lot of points. Edward, even, sent the rest of the zombies to kill on their own.

They were the first to arrive and according to the time bonuses, they would get, they had a double win there.

They waited for another week in the meeting spot before the Beta team arrived. When Kail and Carlos saw the Gama team arrived before them they were more annoyed.

Kail and Carlos continued to nag Geno about being unfair about taking Edward on his team. After knowing Edward overpowered abilities, they nearly cried and they thought Geno would have the disadvantage. Clearly, he played with them. No wonder he had that sly smile back then.

Geno didn't listen to their nagging and teases them instead. Maya was amused by their antics and Edward had a smirk on his face.

Three days later, the alpha team reached the place, and after every tram calculated their points. The Gama team won first place followed by the Beta team, which bet the alpha team with a slight difference.

During this time, they swept the mafia in this country clean. Everything, the mafia had left in their bases here fell into Geno's party hand not to mention the amount of money they gathered. This place was for pleasure so every client came here loaded and the party was very happy to help them unload their burdens.

After finishing this task, they spent a month building a secret hideout for their party in this county under the ground. It was like a luxurious villa under the ground.

After wrapping up everything, they decided to spend four months on their own before meeting again in Yorknew City. Geno teleported everyone back to Yorknew city and called the chairman of the hunter association, Netro, to tell him to pick the children and handle the country however he wanted.

Netro was surprised to receive Geno's call but when he heard what Geno said he nearly fell on the ground from the shock. Netro started to have a headache. He didn't want to deal with Geno right now. Although the Hunter association had always wanted to deal with this country, they were always stopped by the V5.

A month passed since Geno's call to Netro. The extermination of the SOP got out and the whole world was in an uproar. The bodies and bones of nearly 1.8 million people are found and everyone was afraid.

The name of 'The Hero's Party' was heard everywhere. That was an SS classified event. The mafia bosses and the Ten Don gathered for a meeting. The outcome was decided and a bounty was released. One of the highest bounties over there.

When the group heard about this, they were amused by the news. Some even thought of killing the ten Dons but tossed the thought at the back of their mind.

The group was wandering around the world. Some decided to explore ruins, some wanted to find new species. When Geno heard what the girls were doing, he nearly killed himself from frustration. They opened a café and restaurant in Yorknew city and frequented beauty salons.

Geno sometimes wanted to open the girls' heads to see what was there in the place of their brains. He didn't know why they always thought about these things. With there Nen and beauty, they wouldn't wither, right?

Well, he wouldn't think about the topic again and continued enjoying himself. Well, not to question but his enjoyment was in trying different games. If the girls knew about his thoughts, he would live in hell for some months.

After deciding to enjoy himself. He visited different places on the continents and tried many games. He even entered the Greed Island to play a little, *cough *cough he meant to examine its mechanism.

Those were very productive months. They all enjoyed their time in their ways. After having their fun, they decided to head to their meeting place. It was time to build their own game.

During their travel, every one of them learned about Nen inscription was the most important when it came to building a game.

Well, the inscriptions were used for different reasons. They might be used for building different tools, building a defensive array, they could even be used for attacks. Depending on the way you use them.

Inscriptions were like a language that Nen could understand and with your representation of Nen, you could use them in many ways.

After all the party gathered in their hideout, they started discussing their ideas and how to build the game.

"Well, guys. Stop talking. Let's discuss one point at a time." Said Geno putting an end to their noise.

"Fine. How do we start?" asked kail.

"First, let's discuss if we wanted it virtual or real. Meaning when a player registers, do we transport the body or only the conscious." Said Geno.

They thought about it and everyone started giving their opinion.

"I think I am with the real. What if the player wanted to escape danger. Our game can help with that." Said Edward.

"Yeah, I also think so. If we leave the body unconscious, an enemy may take the chance and kill the player." Explained Carlos.

"Yeah, plus the girls would want to experience the beautification we will put in the game with their real body." Said Maya.

The boys nearly lost it and nearly fell on the ground after hearing what the girls said.

Geno knew better and decided to ignore their words and didn't retort.

"Good, so now we would transfer the whole body. I can use my understanding of space with nen inscription to achieve that. The question now is where to teleport them. I have entered Greed Island and it uses a real island as its base. So what is your opinion."

They thought about it for a while and then started giving their ideas.

"We can use the same idea as Greed island." Said Kail.

"And what is the fun in that, I think we could use the forest ruins or other ruins for this game." Said Felix.

"No that would be too dangerous plus how are you going to convince the forest different creatures." Lylia shook her head.

"What do you think Geno?" asked Emily.

"I think we could use a parallel space. I can use my space affinity and try to use inscription to build a new space for the game but we will need a Nen source to sustain it." Explained Geno.

"How about that when I was travelling, I found some sort of ruins and it seemed it was built on one of the world Meridians and the Nen was very rich there." Said Maya.

"Good idea and we can build an inscription array to add more power." Nodded Lylia.
