I woke up with Mr Edmundo's words replaying in my head, 


“... Addison and Diogo returns in two days...” 


I didn’t know what to feel or think. A part of me was happy Addison was coming back, and the other was sceptical. Would he want to see me? 


Just when I’m dealing with mum issues, Diogo is returning, hmm! This means trouble. My thoughts pricked me. I was sure, he would learn the truth once he saw me in Douro valley. What excuse could I possibly give for not being in college? I can’t say I’m on the waitlist anymore the semester is almost ended, hmm! What do I do? I rubbed on my forehead, biting my lips wearily. He’ll definitely tell my parents. Oh no! What am I going to do? 


“Miss Keren, can you tell the class what is keeping your mind occupied?” Estefania's voice dragged me from my distant thoughts. 


Get away
