Regrets

Few days back;

This was the city of Tiderwaves, the capital city of San Angels. Most notable for its marine life and habitable background. It became the home to the government only when a previous governor who so loved the aqua life had decided to make this city his permanent base as at then.

Now that things have changed, when evolution has taken over and with other governors taking the seat of office, no one seemed to care anymore. Even as they knew the history as to how Tiderwaves eventually came to be the state's capital city, they simply turned a blind eye to it. Why? It was indeed much of an habitable place to say.

From the midpoint of the city, miles away from the specific location of the marine life stood a gigantic building. A mansion to be precise. It was among the few buildings — even though it was much bigger than the rest — that presided the government residential area called Vault Regency.
