"You failed again!" the man slammed his hands on the table in anger and stood up. There was this murderous intent to his gaze and it sent a chilliness down to the other man he was directing his gaze upon.
Something in him was telling him to do something about the man he was looking at. Like a pull he couldn't describe, dictating him to launch a fatal attack on him but he kept on trying hard to withhold himself from doing something he would regret later.
"I'm sorry, sir," the hooded man sitting said, trembling in fear due to what had been passed toward him. "Honestly, this time it wasn't my fault. I can't even explain how that happened. You know I'll never betray your trust."
Still seething, he took in the man's explanation and began to break them down. Even at that he couldn't find anything meaningful from it and this further infuriated him. "What are you driving at? Get to the point!"
