After school ended, the little Uchiha quickly pack up and dashed off to search for his mysterious senpai.
He was fast and arrived in a matter of seconds at the open field where there grew a large tree with a lone swing who had a blonde boy sitting on it, staring dejectedly at the entrance of the Academy.
Scanning the area, he finally saw the back of the senpai; the uchiha crest sewn on the back of the dark blue shirt.
He held his hand out, trying to reach him but simultaneously, other students had started to fill in the crowd and squish his small body, momentarily blinding and binding him as well. The back of his senpai was getting further away before he was blocked by other kids and disappeared.
'No. . !' thought the Uchiha, his arm still extended to where his senpai was last seen.
When the crowd dispersed, his senpai was no longer to be seen and the little Uchiha's head drooped.
He dejectedly drag his feet home, disappointed that he could not find the senpai.
"Riku?" the familiar voice called out and Riku turned to face the man who raised him.
"Why do you look so sad?" he joked, an invisible drop of sweat dripping from the side of his face.
Riku mumbled out a small, "Nothing."
"Let's go, I'll treat you to ramen okay?" Kakashi tried to lighten up the Uchiha's mood.
He sighed and rejected the offer, begrudgingly dragging his legs home.
Now usually Riku would be ecstatic to hear that Kakashi would bring him to eat at Ichiraku, but right now- all the Uchiha could think of was the senpai he met in the toilet.
'Was he family?' the Uchiha's mood slightly brightened up at this thought.
'Clans are family right? So that senpai must be family!' he reasoned, nodding to himself as he continued with his delusion.
The sadness was diminished by the thought that there was a possibility the senpai was his family. It cheered him up and Riku couldn't wait for tomorrow. If- if——Even though, his mama is gone, at least he'll have someone. Right? Right?
Maybe, just maybe school might not be so bad after all.

Dinner was simple as the Uchiha only knew how to cook fried eggs and noodles, so there was only soy-based noddle soup with fried eggs. But despite the simple and unfulfilling meal, the Uchiha slept.
At night, the Uchiha dreamt again.
This time he was no longer in the citadel nor in a warzone.
He stood in front of a ginormous wall, barricaded with wooden planks and coiled with sharp metals barbs. The wall served as a border to divide the smaller countries of the continent.
Beside him was the same blonde girl as his last dream. She had the same crazed bright blue eyes and the wide sadistic grin.
"I never expected that our country has such weak borders. What are you doing here? Do you have a visa?" the small blonde in green interrogated, though her tone was light-hearted as though she was filled with glee even as she insulted her own country.
The crazed azure eyes swept to a man of thin stature in a blue uniform.
"S-shut up!" he shouted, bringing out a small gun from his holster to shoot at the little blonde.
The bullet was neutralized by an invisible blue shield that covered the group and the toddler grinned again- this time with rising irritation she said, "No visas? Would you like to enter the country as war prisoners, then?"
The man in blue stuttered out an order to kill and his allies circled Riku, the blonde and others.
"Fire!"
One after another, bullets were shot from their rifles but before it could shoot any of the group, it was completely obliterated by an invisible blue shield that only showed itself to stop the bullets.
An oak haired girl sighed as though it was not her in a shower of bullets, "This is such a waste of time."
Riku look down to analyze the blonde standing beside him, she was short and young— maybe 7 or younger, like him.
Then she said, "Kill them all except the commander."
"Yes Ma'am." the team behind said with resolution before they pulled the trigger, releasing bullets after bullets at the intruders each with great accuracy and fatality.
Blood splattered around as the body fell limply with a loud 'thud' and the commander cowardly fled to save his own life.
"▄▄▄▄▄, capture the commander." the small blonde ordered, her face no longer held the glee before and the pitch of her voice lowered.
"Yes Ma'am." replied Riku. His body seemed to have a will of his own and Riku flew to chase the commander fleeing the massacre.
Riku woke up.
He remembered vividly; the faces of the dead, the place where despair suffocated him and the scene that occured. But there was something he couldn't hear, it was what the blonde had said.
It was like someone muted the girl when she gave out her order.
It seems like he'll never fully remember his dreams, so the little Uchiha quickly washed up and prepared breakfast in fear that he would be late and miss the chance to look for his senpai.
Alas, it seems that it'll be another weird day for Riku.
