"AAHHHHH" a scream echoed out of the small dirt hut.
"Breath Lika, push after a deep breath" said a giant brown humanoid sitting next to another giant pink humanoid giving birth.
"Hah, Hoo, Haaaaah, GRRRRAAAAAAH!" A monstrous roar resonated in the area as this new mother gave her final push before the faint sounds of a baby crying could be heard.
"Good job Lika, that's last one." Stated the giant brown humanoid to the now passed out mother of 4.
Looking down at the small pink baby a disappointed look appeared on the pig like face of the brown humanoid. "Akka come." It said as another pig faced humanoid around half the height of the brown one appeared.
"Yes, Chief Rokk? What can I do for you?" It asked the brown humanoid named Chief Rokk.
"We got a runt in the litter, take it away before Lika awakes." The chief of this drove commanded.
"Yes, Chief Rokk." Stated Akka as he carried the baby into the forest.
"I'm sorry young one, but simply chalk it up to fate that you were born as a {Lesser}, we simply don't have the resources to raise a weakling with no potential." Crudely stated the one known as Akka as he left the newborn under a tree some ways away from their drove's location.
"At least I won't kill you, so your survival is up to you…" Akka whispered as he walked away from the newborn who had just seen it's first ray of sunlight less than an hour prior.

Slowly Roy opened his eyes, what met him was not the ceiling in his apartment, but the sunlight licking his face through the dense foliage above.
'Ugh, what the hell was that? A seizure? That was one of the most painful things I have ever experienced, Hell's General can't hold a candle to it… Anyways where the hell am I?'
Asking himself that question, Roy looked around the dense forest in front of him, completely confused, lost, and alone.
Attempting to get up and get his bearings, he realized how incredibly weak he felt. It was an absolute strain just to lift his arm up to his head.
'Jesus, why am I so weak? Does it have to do with that seizure I had?' Roy contemplated as he finally managed to lift his arm to block the sunlight hitting his eyes. It was at that moment he noticed something incredibly wrong.
'What the fuck, why is my arm so tiny and pink?!' He wanted to scream but instead what came out was a long squeal.
'My voice?! What happened to me?! I need to get up! I need to get to something reflective fast!' Roy said as he was freaking out over the situation he found himself in.
He then realized that he couldn't even move. His whole body felt like it was sapped of all strength. 'I need to move! I can't just sit here and wither away… Come on body, do something, LISTEN TO ME AND MOVE!'
"SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" Roy screamed as he fought to move his tiny weak body. And finally, after a long and excruciating battle, he finally managed to sit up.

Suddenly Roy heard a notification sound and then saw system prompt pop up in his field of vision.
'What the hell? Have I finally gone insane playing so many games?' Roy thought to himself as he temporarily forgot the fatigue in his body.
'Even if I have, it's not a bad way to go crazy… Wonder if I can see my stats? Hmm [Stats] [System] [Status].'

'Trash. I don't even need to know the power scaling to know that. Maybe I'm not crazy as well, but who knows?'
As Roy continue to self-diagnose, he attempted to move again after seeing a puddle not to far from where he is.
'Since I know I can't walk there guess I'll try to crawl, or roll if that doesn't work…'
After much effort Roy finally arrived before the small puddle that seemed to be made by a recent rainstorm, the smell of wet dirt hitting his nose.
As he sat there looking at himself, a small, pink pig with human hands, big belly, and stubby legs with hooves on the end, something inside him finally snapped as tears began to run down his tiny pink face, his snout rumbling as light squeals escaped his lips.
'I'm truly alone this time, no family, no friends, nothing. Isolated in the body of a stupid bipedal pig! What the hell did I do to deserve this?!'
Roy sat there, lost in his thoughts for hours until exhaustion finally took over and he passed out, sitting in the puddle that got slightly saltier due to his grief.
[Mental Fortitude Lv. 1 -> Lv. 2]
When Roy woke up the next morning his eyes were void of life, extremely depressed he wished to just sit there forever, but he knew he couldn't do that. He may be an orc now, but at least he is still alive. He decided to open the system to distract himself for a bit and understand his new life better.
'Huh, [Mental Fortitude] leveled up when I was passed out, I guess. Two unique abilities huh? That's pretty cool. Wonder if I can see more information on them? I guess I'll focus on the [Other World Reincarnation Tutorial] first while thinking I want to know more? Ah it worked!'
[Other World Reincarnation Tutorial]:
{For the first 100 levels, information on stats, skills and common items/creatures are available.}
'Oh, that's cool so it's like a low-level appraisal ability?'
[Aptitude]:
{If truly focused on learning a skill it becomes easier to obtain and level up.
If certain conditions are met, skills are forcefully unlocked.}
'That's a really cool ability but it seems it wants me to take a jack of all trades path, huh? Depending on how long it takes to train, that could either put me at a disadvantage or an advantage. Diversifying is good so I don't put all eggs in one basket, but I also can't spread myself too thin…'
After looking around the [Stats] page for a while longer and seeing there wasn't much else to do with it right now, Roy decided on what his next step should be.
'Haa… No matter how upset I am at what happened to me, there really isn't anything I can do about it. I don't want to die, and even if I did, that's not what mom would want of me. My only option right now is to get stronger, guess I'll have to put Hell's General's training to use once again. But first I need to drink water and eat.'
As Roy said that he looked down to see a bunch of bugs on the ground and looked at them in a strange combination of disgust and hunger.
