Anwesha POV

Beep beep beep

My phone buzz as the alarm started to ring .so after which I did my morning chores and then when for bath I used my favorite lavender and rose body wash .Then applied little jasmine and coconut oil in hair after shampoo cause it smells good .then pure coconut oil in lips cause I hate cosmetics. I don't use perfume so to remove any odor from my body I use lemon. After my routine I let my hair loss to naturally air dry.

I checked today's outfit to see what can I wear I was happy today after helping the little girl.

I finished grabbing my essentials and was about to go out to explore the city and was excited as I was about to go alone.

So I locked my room and the as soon was about to go to receptionist I heard a cry of a baby and I couldn't bring myself to ignore and i always have a sweet spot for babies.So again here goes Sherlock Holmes .I know previously I was James bond so what I changed(hey don't roll your eyes in my poor attempt of joking🥺😆).

Now now I saw a woman trying to tame the cute crying baby.oh poor woman. So I approached them said

"Can I help you out please "I said making puppy eyes i know no one can resist.

She said "okay,but stay here in front of me"

I nodded and opened my arm to let me have him.As soon as she handed him to me I rocked the cute baby boy near my chest he stared with his greenish orbs in me which melt my heart I slowly in low voice started lulling him by singing a bengali poem and he stopped crying and stared at me for a while and I forgot the rest of the world. I saw his eyes flutter so I brought his head in my crook of my neck. He rested there without any resistance and I slowly patted his back and i loved baby smell they are so nice .Infact if a man has such smell I would fall over hell for him. I was still singing the song.As I stopped singing he was fast asleep I saw him and I was smiling so much it hurts my cheek, I was about to return the baby to the woman when I saw she was not their so I frown and turn to search for her when I froze.

I saw the familiar blue eyes staring at us though he tried to mask his emotion but adoration and curiosity was shown.

I them saw he was wearing a dark blue tux ,he looked jaw dropping handsome and his hair jelled and pulled back.But didn't allow to fall for his figure.

At least you have sense. I am proud of you

I then raised my eyebrow at him to speak something like why is he here not the woman.

He said"He is my nephew " gesturing to the boy in my arm. I nodded and my mouth formed 'O'.

I said "okay ,you can take him "I took the boy cautiously so that he doesn't wake up and gave to the stranger, who took the boy from me readily and the boy didn't stir which means he knows who he is .Then was about to leave the place .

He whisper spoke not to wake the boy "can I have word with you ,its important "

I contemplated for a moment saw the was nothing to lose so I said "we can talk in the cafe downstair ,if its okay"

He said "okay follow ". He was about to leave I said "hmm, if you don't mind can I carry him please " I looked at him with hopeful eye.

He narrowed his eye at me I get I am stranger but still I like babies .what can I say.

After a while he handed the baby to me which  I gladly accepted a smile crept on my face and again I placed the boys head in my crook of my neck and I smelled his baby smell which turned my smile to grin.

I was walking side by side by the stranger matching his long legs pace but I didn't have any problem cause I usually walk fast but I can't run fast that's the problem. I could walk for miles non stop but can't run.

We reached the cafe .We settled down and soon a waiter came said " what may I get you sir"

He said "black coffee with no sugar"

Typical for a authoritative man ,I can add his bad boy vibe.

The waiter turn towards me said to me "what can give you beautiful "he winked at me and I raised an eyebrow

"I will take orange juice that's all"

Ignoring him and turned my attention to the stranger who seemed tensed after the waiter returned.

He spoke "well I want to ask you a question "

I nodded him to proceed

He said "are you interested in job"

I said "well I not totally cause I have came here for further reach in Physics and math. And I have now looking for place to settle " I  was going to trail more

He spoke " I want you to be his nanny for one month and till then you can live in my house and about studies you could travel from their i will take personal care of transport. When you leave you can put him to sleep and at that time other maids can manage .Don't worry about money you will get $200 per day ."

That's fine but I have no qualifications for this job and have never babysat some one ?I am stranger and he is a stranger still?but the amount seems fair though I am in no need for money but it can be used as donation to orphane children .

I said "first can we introduce ourselves first meanwhile I can think ,so let's start qna okay"

He nodded so I proceeded said "what's your name stranger ,by the way nice to meet you again " then gave a small smile.

He smirked said"Xavier Rossi ,the CEO of Ross Enterprise Corp "

Why he smirked though did he think I will fall over him for money or he think I will change my behavior like he is God. Well nada not going to happen.

I don't fall for material things easily cause I love real love not fake and thus I hate if someone loves someones exterior.

I nodded said politely "okay your turn"

He was like taken aback then recomposed himself said"so what's your name princess, you said next time you will say when we meet didn't think we will meet so soon".he smirked at last .

Wo what with the nickname though. Who cares

I said " I am Anwesha Ghosh, well rest I will keep mystery about myself .I came from India you already know. My father is a businessman in India. "

Added"so why you want me as nanny cause you could have anyone better than me ,I want to tell you that I have never been nanny before though I love babies.oh and your nephew is cute"

I smiled looking at the sleeping body.

He said "well we hired many nanny but no one could cope with him as he didn't allow them to touch him or else cryed and beside me, and his parent you are the only one who he allowed to touch him and slept .About other stuff there are maids who will help you."

I nodded and said "when can I start and I have to move in too so I need a day to settle cause I landed yesterday you know "

He said "no problem, you could settle in today and I will send my men to transport your package .come with me I was just returning home anyways so I could show the house and your room any ways "

I said "okay,no problem just let me pack some unpack things "

He said "okay no problem I will be waiting outside"with that he proceeded to take the baby I gave him but suddenly I missed his warmth and smell.

We were about to leave when the waiter came gave us our bill and handed me a napkin winked at me walked off and so opened it which said 

Hey beautiful call me in this no. Xxxxxxxxxx

Without any other thought I wrote "I don't give a fuck"

Got up say him staring at me  ,so I winked at him and placed the napkin in table holding back my laughter thinking about his face when he opens it . I saw Xavier tense and when we just exited I laughed out loud.

Saw Xavier giving me weird look as if saying what

So I said "well you ...see that he gave me his no. To call him....and then ...then I wrote him ....'I don't give a fuck ' and so..... thinking he thought I gave my no. Made me laugh so hard . Men will be men."I muttered the last part and said it in between laughter .

I saw he broke into a genuine smile I could tell he doesn't smile often and he shooked his head regaining his composition.

We then parted our ways .
