Chapter 27

I took out a huge plastic bag and Hinata carried my late sister and put her inside the bag.

"Put that in my backyard first, I'll take care of the blood on the wall." I said.

He shook his head, "Nah, I'll help you, it's my fault for causing such mess anyways."

I smiled, "Thank you, I guess, for everything."

"It's no problem, she was into your way anyways." He said calmly.

"Soo, you're a psychopath? Is that what you really mean by us having similarities?" I asked.

"Overall, yes." He smiled.

"How did you know I am one? I didn't even know if you're one until now," I asked, still shocked with this whole incident.

"It's quite easy honestly, judging from your whole aura," He chuckled, am I really that easy reading?

"Yes, yes you are." Hinata said and laughed louder, I scoffed.

"You read minds too huh?"

"Like you said, you're easy reading, everyone could tell your personality just by reading your face."

"I don't know if I should take that as an insult or a compliment,"

"Let's just say it's a compliment," He said as he scrubbed the wall while I scrubbed the floor.

"How much body count?" I asked all of a sudden.

"Hmm, I guess you could count it as 15," He said.

"Wow, and your friends know?" I asked.

"Nah, I keep my personality more cheerful so they won't suspect a thing. Even if you didn't know, haha, how about you?" He asked.

"17," I shrugged. "2 of my friends knew but one didn't, we're not close enough for me to trust him."

"2 knew? And they didn't tell a thing?"

"I guess I could say it as they're afraid of me and want to actually befriend me. By the way what's a yandere?" I asked, suddenly curious.

"Uhh, you go search it up, it's quite complicated if I explain it to you," He smiled and rubbed his neck. "Anyways, it's late, now I really got to go before my friends suspect a thing." He winked.

"Your shirt…" I said. He looked down and widened his eyes.

"It has been so long since I did these kinds of things I almost forgot the part of hiding it away." He said.

"It's okay, everyone makes mistakes, besides, I think I have a shirt that has the same size of yours."

"I swear to God, if you're lowkey-ly implying that I am short-" Hinata worded out, I laughed.

"Don't worry, I guess I judged you too soon, funny how you could keep such secrets behind your innocent and friendly face," I said.

"I'll take that as a compliment," He laughed. "People have always been teasing me since I was at elementary, I first thought it was a joke, but the more they do it, it's not funny anymore," He mumbled.

"All done!" I smiled, "Leave the body to me, I know exactly what to do with it, it's not like it's my first time doing this anyways," I playfully said and nudged him. "It really is nice to have a friend who has the same deep interest in me,"

"You're not the only one who feels that way," He said as he took off this shirt, I looked away as my face turned hot and got my business to the body, I could feel him smirking.

"Are you somehow flustered?" He chuckled, I scoffed.

"Back to being your cocky self, aye? What happened to the sadist one? I miss him," I sarcastically said. "I am not used to people taking their shirts off in front of me in my house, I don't think, I'm the only one who feels that way,"

"Okay, okay, I get it, ahaha. I am done changing by the way. I really should get going, sorry for the mess and your sister," He said and bowed.

I waved my hand. "Nah, I'm fine with it, I can finally be free from the burden in my heart and fear of her telling anyone, besides," I took out the phone from my late sister's pocket. "I got some reassurance to do." I smiled.

"I'll go now, I'll see you tomorrow I guess," He smiled.

"Yeah yeah, bye!"

//THE NEXT DAY//

"AHEM!" I shouted at Cody and Coraline and startled them to death. I found them seeming to have some sort of nice mouth to paper conversation when I went to the rooftop.

I glared daggers at both of them and they gulped.

"Soo, how did the "you know" go?" Cody asked and took a few glances at Coraline in sign of she knew and asked me to ask you.

Coraline must've noticed it and showed her fist to him.

I sighed, "You guys get the news that fast?"

"What can we do about it?" Cody shrugged. "Coraline knows everything."

"Yeah, one of the disadvantages of having a silent friend," I chuckled.

Coraine gasped and placed her hand on her chest in an act of heart broken. Then she signed something to me with her hand.

If it weren't for me, we could've gone this far. And she sassed at me.

I-

I sighed and gave up.

"I was on the verge of death until Hinata barged in to my fucking house and straight up-" I signed them a stabbing gesture and Cody cringed.

"So where is she?" Cody asked.

"She? You mean my sister?" I smiled like a devil. "She is somewhere…"

"HEY GUYS!" Jace called out from the rooftop door.

"Oh my god, you scared me, Jace." Cody sighed.

"Haha did I?" Jace laughed and walked over to us. "What's popping?"

"Coraline got a C- on math." I answered calmly.

Coraline faced me with wide eyes and offended looks but somehow got my code and decided to follow in.

Coraline chuckled and rubbed her nape in an awkward position.

"So what's up, man?" Cody asked.

"Oh yeah, Monikka, after lunch, we're going to have a practice. Don't be late, Coach Ukai will flip out." Jace laughed and made a flip hand gesture which caused me to scoff and others laugh.

Then the bell rang.

"That's our queue to leave, Monikka, you have the same class with me." Cody smiled at me.

I raised my eyebrow and nodded.

"See you guys!" Cody shouted and I waved.

//THIRD PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW//

After a minute of walking, Cody and Monikka were almost to class, Cody suddenly opened his mouth.

"So about you and your new friend…" Cody asked.

"What new friend?" Monikka asked, confused.

"You know, those volleyball players, I am surprised you don't recognize them as your friends." Cody said surprised.

"I have no friends." Monikka blurted out.

"I take that back when I said I wanted to be next to you on your hardest times." Cody scoffed, and the offense was clearly taking on his ego.

"I only have allies, Cody. I don't trust anyone enough to call them as friends. Even my sister turned her back on me ever since I was born." Monikka sighed.

"And that's why you're in the first year of high school." Cody smiled.

"Ok nerd." Monikka sassed and walked faster than him.

"Hey! I am not the only one with good grades!" Cody complained, starting to get annoyed again by that nickname because of the atmosphere.

"Damn right, you aren't." Monikka smirked. "Did anyone ever tell you that you're talking to the straight A person since primary 3?" She laughed evilly.

"Yeah, Coraline told me." Cody said bluntly. She stopped my laugh. "But isn't it until primary 5? You lost your streak in history before, got a B+ and rage quitted." Cody said bluntly at first before laughing as hard as he can.

This kid- Monikka thought.

Cody stopped laughing because of the tense atmosphere and took a peek into Monikka's direction. Cody jumped out when he literally saw red lasers shining from Monikka's eyes.

Monikka turned away and got to class.

Cody sighed in relief.

//TIME SKIPS TO LUNCH (unlessyouwantmetowriteoutthewholemflesson) AND MONIKKS'A POINT OF VIEW//

"Ok let's start the practice!" The coach said. "We will start by how you could receive the ball."

"Receive the ball?" I asked.

"Do you know anything?" The tall blonde smirked.

"I know that you will cry to your mom if I beat you up." I scoffed, I don't really have any time to be in a bad mood right now

He laughed, "I would like to see you try."

"Receiving the ball means that once there is a ball coming to you, keep the ball on the air by hitting it with your forearm." Jace explained.

"Since when do you know so much about these things?" I asked him.

"I don't," He simply said. "I did some little research about it."

"This will be applied to every member in the group, and it takes time to master it. Before we do it, I'm going to let the boys do an example." The coach said.

The flat haired guy lined up and threw the ball in the air, then the bald haired jumped and smashed the ball to the other net, then the grey haired guy hit back the ball to the air with his forearm.

"What Suga did there was called receive. Just remember that it's not as easy as you thought, it takes up a lot of practice. Just remember to keep the ball on play." The coach said.

Then Hinata came to me with a ball in his hand.

"Monikka! Do you want to practice with me?" He asked me whilst smiling and waved the ball.

How did he maintain such a 2 faced attitude?

"Sure, I guess." I shrugged.

"I'm going to throw the ball, try to receive it, ok?" Hinata said.

I just nodded.

He hit a ball to me, I joined my forearms and aimed my hand to the ball and it was sent flying.

"Wow, first try!" Hinata said and threw me back the ball.

I joined my forearms again at the second the ball flew to me and let the ball fly away to Hinata again.

Hinata threw it and I threw it back again and again.

Until in the end, Hinata held the ball that was flying to me and stared at me with a shocked face.

"That's it?" I asked.

"You didn't miss a receive! Are you sure you never played volleyball before?"

"Nope, all you gotta do is to aim your arms to the ball," I said. "I don't see what's so hard about that."

"Wha-"

"How about I try throwing it to you?" The flat haired guy came to me with a ball in his hand.

"Sure? What's your name again?" I asked him.

"I-" The flat haired sighed. "Kageyama Tobio."

"Ok Kags." I simply said.

Kageyama backed away from me and threw the ball high in the air, he started running towards the ball and threw it to me at high speed.

I didn't get any time to process it then I felt the ball flew past me and I heard the thud.

I widened my eyes and almost let out a gasp.

What the.

Kageyama smirked and tilted his head in an annoying way.

I smirked back.

"So that's how u wanna play it as huh? Pretty boy."
