Chapter 7

The day after Edward had told the truth to Bella, the both of them had arrived in school in Edward's Volvo. Needless to say, that had caused quite a stir and me and Bella gained a reputation as the Swan twins who bagged the Cullen siblings.

Today was the start of the weekend and I was currently washing my car while Bella was washing the monstrosity she called a truck. All of a sudden Edward's Volvo sped towards us and stopped in front of our driveway. Edward jumped got out of the car and jumped on top of Bella's truck while Rosalie walked towards me in a fast yet believably human pace. I called out to Edward before Bella could,

'' Hey sparkles! '' I said using the nickname I had given him. '' Could you at least act like you're human ? We have neighbours you know. '' Edward just chose to glare at me before ignoring me in favour of talking to Bella. I gave him the same treatment and instead chose to focus my attention on Rosalie who had already reached me.

She looped her arms around my neck while I put mine around her waist. I gave her a kiss and said, '' Hello beautiful. How are you doing ? ''

She gave me a smile before returning my kiss and said, '' I'm fine. You ? ''

I kissed her on her forehead before putting my face in her hair. I inhaled deeply and sighed. The vanilla scent of her hair was addicting to me. '' Better now that you're here.'' I said. My voice muffled as my face was still in her hair. She disconnected her arms from around my neck, wrapped them around my torso and put her face in the crook of my neck.We stayed like that for a while, lost in each other's presence before she finally remembered the reason she came here.

'' Oh I almost forgot. Do you want to come to house tomorrow ? To meet my family ? ''

'' I would love to meet your family Rose. ''

She smiled prettily at me and was about to say something when her features scrunched up in disgust. Near Bella, Edward also had the same expression. Edward and Rosalie shared a look before Rose told me she would pick me up tomorrow and left with Edward. After the Cullens had left Billy and Jacob Black pulled into our driveway.

'' Hello Billy, Jacob. '' I nod towards them both in greeting.

'' Hello Damian. Hello Bella. '' He returns the gesture before turning towards Bella and greeting her.

'' Hey. Come to see you truck ? ''

'' Actually we came to visit your flatscreen. First game of the season. Plus Jacob here, keeps bugging me about seeing you again.'' I snickered at that, having already known a long time about the werewolf's crush on my sister.

Charlie arrived and he, Billy and Jacob and went inside the house to watch the game but not before Billy 'subtly' warned Bella about staying away from Edward.

The next day me and Rosalie were sitting in her car driving to her house. I was wearing a navy blue button up shirt with white jeans and blue trainers with white accents.

The forest cleared up and I got my first view of the Cullen house. The house was in a secluded area surrounded with trees. At the base of the house it was a dark grey stone. On the second story it was a light color wood with lots of windows. There was a deck as well. The next level was the same grey stone that also had lots of windows. All in all, it was a very beautiful house.

'' Wow. '' I breathed out. '' Your house is very beautiful. ''

'' My mother will be very pleased you said that.''

We went inside the house and Rosalie led me towards the kitchen area from where I could hear the sounds of a cooking program being watched on TV.

I turned a corner and saw Carlisle and Esme looking up from whatever they were cooking and smiling at me. Emmett was leaning on the counter and smirking at me and Rosalie while Edythe was busy preparing the ingredients.

'' Damian, this is my mother Esme, my father Carlisle.''

'' It's very nice to meet you Dr. Cullen, Mrs. Cullen. '' I said nodding cordially to them both.

'' Damian we're making Italian for you and Bella.''

'' Oh grazie '' I said smiling at her.

'' Parli Italiano ? ''

'' Si , so parlare italiano. '' I said nodding at her.

'' Molto bene. '' Esme smiled, nodding at my answer.

'' Hey, I don't speak Italian so can we switch back to English ? '' Emmett commented, making me laugh while Rosalie, Esme, Carlisle and Edythe just rolled their eyes.

'' You and Bella have finally given us an excuse to use our kitchen. '' Carlisle commented after washing his hands.

'' I hope you are hungry. '' Esme said and I nodded not wanting to displease her.

'' Yeah. I haven't eaten anything since breakfast. '' I said making Esme smile again before she turned back and continued cooking again.

'' Let's go find Alice and Jasper and see what they are doing. '' Rose said, pulling me away from the kitchen. I waved at the four before turning to follow Rosalie.

'' He seems like a sweet boy. '' Esme commented as they walked away making Carlisle smile and Emmett laugh.

After meeting Alice and Jasper we went into the kitchen to help make the food. Rosalie was holding the salad bowl while I was helping Emmett mix the salad.

'' Here comes Bella. '' Rosalie said and as soon as she said that Edward and Bella appeared from around the corner.

Just like with greeting me, Esme explained to Bella what they were making. I smiled at Bella seeing how nervous she seems when being introduced to everyone.

'' I hope you are hungry. '' Saying the same thing she said to me.

'' Yeah I am. '' Bella nodded but I know she wasn't.

'' She already ate. '' Edward sighed shaking his head at Esme.

I heard the sound of glass shattering and turned to see that Rosalie had broken the glass bowl she was holding and was currently giving Bella a look.

I moved over to Rosalie's side, taking careful steps to avoid stepping on the pieces of glass. I rubbed her shoulder to calm her down because I knew she was upset.

'' Yeah it's just because I know you don't eat. '' Bella explained looking away from Rosalie quickly.

Edward looked down towards Bella, '' Just ignore Rosalie, I do.''

I grabbed Rosalie's arm before she could say anything. As that was happening Alice and Jasper walked into the room catching Bella's attention.

'' Hi Bella, I'm Alice. '' Alice greeted before giving Bella a hug.

'' Hi. '' Bella greeted surprised at the hug but returned it.

Alice pulled back moving back to Jasper, "Oh, you do smell good." she said surprised.

I snorted at that shaking my head a bit. Edward squinted his eyes at the comment Alice made wondering why she even said that. "Alice, what are you... "

"It's ok." Alice assured him, "Bella and I are going to be great friends. ''

There was a brief silence after that as they looked at each other. I looked at Rosalie seeing that she calmed down a little, but still seemed annoyed.

"Sorry, Jasper is our new vegetarian. It's a little difficult for him." Carlisle said breaking the silence.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." Jasper greeted looking at her.

"It's ok Jasper, you won't hurt her." Alice assured Jasper looking up at him.Edward made a face that Noah knew meant he was tired of how his family was acting, more so how Alice was acting.

"Alright, uh, I'm going to take you on a tour of the rest of the house."

Bella nodded and before she could leave Alice said, " Well, I'll see you soon."

'' Ok.'' Was all Bella said before Edward led her away rolling his eyes.

I shook my head in amusement at what happened rubbing Rosalie's arm. Esme pointed to Rosalie, "Clean this up."

I squeezed Rosalie's shoulder before crouching down and helping her clean up the glass shards.

'' So what's you're deal with Bella ? '' I asked laying on Rosalie's bed, messing with her hair.

We had come up to Rosalie's room after eating the food they made which was fantastic. For people who can't eat they sure make amazing food. I tried to help with the dishes but Esme wouldn't let me so Rosalie dragged me up to her room.

'' She's a human. It's a risk to the family. '' Rosalie sighed rubbing my stomach, her head resting against my shoulder.

'' You thought I was a human when you entered into a relationship with me. What's the difference ? ''

I questioned again looking out the window that was in her room.

Rosalie was silent for a bit as she thought of her reasoning, '' She has the chance to love a happy life. She can have the chance to have a bay but she is just throwing that away.

I just looked at Rosalie and stayed silent for a while. I had never told her that I could give vampires the ability to bear children. I will tell her, but when it is time.

'' Hey, look at me. '' I said turning towards her so that I was leaning on my elbows.

Rose looked up at me and I took her hand in mine. '' I respect that you don't particularly like Bella for that reason but it's her choice. Just like it's my choice to be with you. '' I kissed her hand and looked

into her eyes.

Rosalie smile before leaning toward me and kissing me. It was a brief kiss but it was one that expressed my promise to her and her gratitude to me.

'' Thank you . '' She said and wrapped her arms around me in a hug.

I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her forehead. '' You're welcome.''

We stayed like that for a bit, just enjoying each other's company. Rosalie lifted her head with a raised eyebrow, '' What other languages can you speak ? ''

I sighed before flopping onto my back. '' You say that after our moment together. ''

I sighed again before speaking in a serious tone, '' I think it's time to tell your family. ''

'' You think it's time. '' Rosalie said also becoming serious.

I just nodded before asking,'' You remember the story ? ''

She hummed in agreement and we both began to get up.

'' Let's go. ''
