Ch. 3 - First day cont...

In 'Lucky Girl' it never stated once that I was in the same classroom as any of them.

Wait a second, the game didn't even start until the heroine, Suzuki Mari entered her first year during high school.

Curse that absurd game. My name shall not be tainted by some empty-headed creator.

"See you guys at lunch, let's go Reina-chan," Hina and I bid the girls farewell as we headed off to hell.

"Shiozaki-sama is so handsome!"

"He is so talented!"

"I could die by just looking at him!"

My luck has failed me and now I have to deal with the ever-so-screeching of teenage girls swooning over him.

Hina and I opened up the door to the classroom and at the back corner near the windows, a large crowd of girls circled a desk, with the poor victim nowhere in sight due to the heavy concentration of bodies blocking him. I sat at the front of the room near the door and Heina took a seat at the desk next to mine.

Out of sight, out of mind.

To sit as far as possible is the only way to keep my ears from bleeding.

The class soon started so some of the girls had to go to their classrooms, as the others occupied the seats near Shiozaki.

"Hayashi Reina."

"Here."

"Honda Hina."

"Here."

The teacher continued with the roll call.

"Alright, I hope you all had a nice and relaxing summer, and welcome to junior high."

Relaxing my foot! I spent almost eight hours a day studying.

"Who would like to be the class representative?"

The room quickly became silent without a word or whisper to be heard.

"Everyone seems shy on their first day, so how about, a random draw," the teacher said encouragingly.

Thank goodness, there is no way that I am going to-

"It seems the lucky person today is Hayashi Reina," the teacher clapped and the rest of the class followed.

I hate my life.

"Who wants to be the vice representative?"

I glared daggers at Hina.

She gulped and gave me a sulky look, but I continued to stare. Finally, she slowly raised her hand.

"Looks like we have a volunteer, so it's settled, Hayashi is the representative while Honda is the vice representative."

"Hehehehe..."

"Reina-chan you are being scary," Hina looked teary-eyed as she looked at me.

"Yay, we don't have to sit in that stuffy library anymore, now we can sit at the reserved tables," Koko beamed as she sat down on her chair at the round table.

"It's not so bad up here," Sakura replied.

Since we officially entered junior high, there is actually a reserved area, for the select few, during lunch. It's still a part of the dining room it's just a platformed area that is higher than the rest with seating areas. And since I am a part of the select few, I can sit up here and for my friends, well since they are sitting with me I'm sure no one will have a problem with that.

"Are you sure we can eat here?" Hina whispered-yelled to me.

"Of course, I invited you all here, and nobody has said anything, fufufu," I replied

"Well, that's because... never mind and stop with the creepy laugh Reina-chan," Sakura scolded me.

What creepy laugh?
