HER BROKEN HEART

The weekend was over, and we bid bye to our children. Akshay asked me to come in his car so that he will drop me at my home. He dropped me in the house.


"Come in, Mr. Minister." I said, inviting him inside the house.


"Sure only if you are going to offer a cup of coffee prepared by you." Akshay said.


"Anything for you, sir." I said, smiling at him.


"Same here, madam. I will come after parking the car. Go inside." Akshay said.


"Where were you, Netra? Why didn't you pick my calls? Are you with Akshay? Did he hurt you? Accept me once, and I will free you from his torture." Jeevith said.


I remembered Akshay. Though he knows that I don't love him, still he freed me from every problem. But, Jeevith wants me to say yes to help me. Is this his love for me?


I stood, folding my hands, listening to his words.


"Did you finish your nonsense? I have lots of work." I said.
