"…Yes?" I stayed where I stood, watching the Professor give me a smile,
"Lenso Einsoi," She walked forward, keeping her eye contact before stopping a few inches away from me, her thick layers of perfume entering my nose and almost causing me to gag.
"Professor Sylis. I think you're close enough." I frowned, taking a step back and my eyes squinting slightly.
"Oh, come on, you're no fun," She pouted alluringly, fluttering her eyes and taking a step forward, once again closing our distance. "Do you truly have nothing to say right now?"
She lightly tapped her finger on my chest, slowly drawing it up to my neck, "You can be honest,"
"Professor," I grit my teeth in annoyance as I reached out my arm and pushed her back, her eyes widening as she glanced down at my hand grabbing down on her shoulder and back at my indifferent expression.
"I do not like having my personal space barged into," I spoke with a hit of malice in my tone, "If you asked me to stay behind just so you can attempt to seduce me, I will forgive you this once, forget about everything that had just happened and leave now,"
She frowns before backing away with a sigh, her entire flirting persona vanishing in a flash, "Fine, but you should have at least hesitated," She mumbled, shrugging and looking over at the door.
"You can come in now. Plan A failed!" She called out as the door swung open and a familiar figure walked in, I squinted my eyes and frowned.
"...Yerindin… Wasn't it?" I said as I watched him go up to Professor Sylis and hand her a note, which she instantly read and burnt.
"What is all this about…?" I glanced between the two,
They looked over at me, Yerindin nodded his head and stepped forward, "Lenso, or should I call you Sen? Which do you prefer?"
I turned to look at Professor Sylis, but she stood there without a glimpse of surprise.
She knows too.
"Call me Sen." I turned my attention back to Yerindin, but more specifically to the branch he held in his right hand.
"We came here to get answers," Yerindin spoke, stepping forward, "We want to know how many of you werewolves are still out there?"
I tilted my head as I watched him glare at me,
"No idea," I replied bluntly, shrugging my shoulders,
"Then how many other werewolves do you know that are still alive?" He continued to interrogate with the branch pointed.
"…" I frowned, "No idea."
Yerindin turned to face Sylis who simply nodded,
"Then why did you come to the academy?"
I tilted my head, "Because father told me to,"
Yeindin once again turned to Sylis who simply nodded once more.
"Is she like a human truth detector?" I inquired, observing their interaction.
"I'm the one asking the questions," Yerindin poked the branch onto my shoulder, leaving behind a burn mark and a tail of blood.
"…ouch," I muttered, looking down at the wound.
"Is your father the werewolf alpha of your tribe?"
I gave them a look of confusion before slowly realizing what they meant,
"No," I simply replied, not bothering with the details,
"Is your father a werewolf?" Yeindin frowned,
"…no…"
Yeindin paused his questioning and glancing over at Sylis who once again nodded.
"Who… is your father?"
I tilted my head at the question, thinking back to who I would consider my father.
"…Hm… I don't have one." I replied, chuckling a bit at the small riddle I had just created, "Are you done questioning me now?"
Yeindin bit his lips in frustration, "How can you be born without a father? None of what you said made sense. Speak the truth."
"Professor Lie Detector there already told you the truth. I was sent here by my father, but at the same time, I do not have a father. Figure it out yourself," I snickered, watching Yerindin try to process the information.
"Both those sentences were truths." Professor Sylis sighed, "We'll have to release him. We don't have enough evidence to take him down. Remember he's the son of the Grand Duke right now. There will be consequences if we harm him within the academy walls."
Yeindin clicked his tongue in annoyance, withdrawing the branch and turning around, "Fine, but one wrong move, and I'm taking you down, even if I have to kill you in front of everyone." He warned before leaving the room.
"I'll see you in two days," Professor Sylis added, closing the door behind her as I just continued to stand still.
The door closed behind them and I made my way over to a chair.
...
So from that conversation, I gathered that he knows my species, but nothing else… I racked my brain in thought.
'Is it perhaps a skill?' I pondered, opening up my status page.

It seems my stats had improved just a tad bit, not too much, but the 'werewolf' under the species column caught my attention.
If someone had access to my status page and could see the species Werewolf, they would have assumed I grew up and was raised as a werewolf.
"Interesting…" I muttered out loud as I closed my status, stood up, and left the room, slamming the door behind me.
