He dives out of the way and regroups with the others.

"Ahhhhhhhh I am tired of this taking turns b******t. It's giving it too much time to react and counter. Black Sword Order, rough this junk up" Rex yells.

As though awaiting that exact order, Melanie pick up one of the guns left around by the androids and begins firing upon it. The fierce torrent sends it sliding backwards and as soon as she stops, a purple and red blur appears in front of it as Rex stomps the ground causing it to crack beneath his foot and lands a quick jab on it, sending it crashing into a car causing it to flip backwards as it lands on it's feet. Unfortunately, a heavy hook comes up from behind towards its temple but alas that isn't all, Rex who has already caught up with it also delivers a high roundhouse kick towards its head. The hook and kick lands heavily on it, bashing its head in the middle.

Not resting for a single moment, Silent Samurai and Death Stalker are already within its range and its arms that are already midair due to the intensity of the hook and kick drop to the ground with a slice.

Tawny Owl who is dragging a Gatling gun which she salvaged from a damaged army vehicle towards it stop and yells "Hey!! Don't forget about me" and lifting it, begins to spray at it but the recoil is so great it pushes her back massively. Hammer Fist quickly supports her from behind and they continue to spray it. Death Stalker throws some exploding shurikens towards it as Rex throws some disk grenades.

They tear it to pieces as the remaining of its almost flattened head bounces to the side of the road. Hammer Fist and Tawny Owl drop to the ground panting.

"Everyone okay?" Rex asks.

"Yeah, I think I'm good" Silent Samurai affirms.

"Yeah me too" Death Stalker affirms too.

"Hammer Fist, Hammer Fist!" Tawny Owl exclaims. The group rushes there.

"Rex what wrong with him" she asks looking at the unconscious Ace before her.

"All his vitals are okay. He passed out due to fatigue".

He regains consciousness after sometime. Death Stalker and Silent Samurai support him up.

"Gideon is there anything else going on in the city?"

"No boss, the city is clear. There are no signs of androids around. There are ambulances around taking care of the injured". People begin to come out onto the streets and as a crowd approaches them, "Let's get out of here" Rex says. Death Stalker drops some smoke pellets. The smoke slowly clears as the people look on. Those within the smoke have disappeared without a trace.

LAIR

3:40 PM

Zarx and Melanie step into the elevator and it begins descent.

"How's Ace?" Zarx asks

"He is feeling much better"

"That's a relief. You got any plans for the evening?"

"No, want us to do something?"

"Yeah, those droids totally ruined our plans earlier. So what do you suggest we do?"

"How about dinner, my treat. Then a movie after?"

He nods "I think that would do" he says with a smile. They stare at each other for a moment then Zarx breaks the silence "Have spoken to your dad yet?"

"No, he is busy taking care of things at the headquarters. I don't think he would be back any time soon"

"Oh, in that case how about we pay him a visit after we leave here. I don't think it would be a bother, would it?"

"I don't think so"

"Okay then we go there after"

"Yeah sure" the elevator door slides open and they step off.

"Hey guys" Zarx says

"Hey"

"Shiro feeling better?"

"Yeah, much better"

"Heard you would be out of town for a while"

"Yeah"

"You too Gavin?"

"Yeah, grandpa wants me to come help with a few things." Gavin says.

"Okay. I take it you have all received your packages"

"Yeah"

"Alright do be careful. We only cut the tail of the snake. It would surely come back to bite. Those travelling, have a safe trip. The rest of us will focus on finding the source of these androids and the purpose of today's attack, as well as the whole van and tunnel debacle, not forgetting the Silver Coated Bridge and that entrance. We would send you information once we find anything" they nod in agreement.

"Where's Gideon"

"He went to the market with his mom" Gavin says

"Okay, please relay the information to him"

"Alright got it"

"If there is nothing more, then we call it a day until we meet again".

They all step into the elevator. Zarx is the last to get in. He pushes a button and all the lights and devices in the room go off and the elevator door closes.

WINNESBURG

6:00 PM

"Clifford, Clifford!" his mom calls out to him. "Clifford, go get the door"

"Okay, mom" a soft voice responds from a room. The front door slowly opens revealing a pair of hands as they grab onto the door. A screen projects out of a drone, with a pen. He signs and it lowers the package into his hands. He slides the door shut, walking away as his back reflects in the mirror like glass door with his silver hair bouncing as he moves along.

The package is addressed C. Wang. Without waiting to reach his room, he opens the jewelry box sized parcel. In the box is a disc with a fingerprint scanner on it. An exquisite design of the face of a tiger can be seen on the disk. With a broad smile he puts his thumb on the scanner making it react by giving off a white glow.

"Hahahahaha. The Dragon is finally back" he shouts on top of his voice.

"Clifford!" his mom calls sternly

"Sorry mom"

SOMEWHERE ON A DESERTED ISLAND

Plants are swaying in the strong wind just as the trees bow to it. One could see the other shore if there were no trees on the island. Apart from the old structures that have been left on the island decades ago and the wandering insects and amphibians, no other life form could be found on the entire island.

But diving far and far below, the words "Test successful" are displayed on a large screen in an empty hall. A man dressed in all white sits watching the screen, face hidden behind a stand.

"After so many years, it's finally time Camcot pays for her sins and the Silver Coated Bridge which was rejected, shall be the weapon that tears the city apart" he says in a calm voice with a smirk.
