The Gift

Drane look at his dopple ganger and thought

'Wow, even my figure looks handsome'

Then he rush to his doppleganger, their strength is same and even their skill but the skill that the Minokawa said was the system skill. not the skill in fighting. For example the dopple ganger have 'Kali' it can use 'kali' but can't attack with a perfection or can't make a plan to attack perfectly because its just a doll that was under the spell of Minokawa.

Drane use 'Sage eye' to seek the weakness but he can't find an opening so he attacked with his full strength using his wooden sword.

The dopple ganger lift the sword to block but the their sword was about to collide, Drane stopped and let go the wooden sword then grabbed the head of doppleganger and was about to smash it to his knee when the hand of dopple ganger push him away.

He lost balance a little and prepare to launch another attack when he saw the Doppleganger in front of him.

'Damn, he's tough. does that mean I am tough, too? hehe' Drane stopped thinking foolish things and committed a hand to hand combat to his doppleganger.

sometimes he can hit and sometimes he get hit.

'This will take forever. i need to think something's He thought because his stamina is running out.

'Think, think, think! think!' he was frustrated he need to stopped its movements so that he can hit it with ease but the problem is this plain was flat.

'The forest.' He grin.

He run through the forest and the dopple ganger followed him

"Trying to run?" The Minokawa seems a bit disappointed.

But when after a while a figure came out and the Monikawa thought it was the dopple ganger but what he saw is not a shadow that form a figure

but a real person, A human.

"How? How did you win?" The Monikawa asked in disbelief.

"This place was too wide so I went to the forest to mobilize its movements and kill it."

He explain, he seems calm but his fatigue can be seen.

"HAHAHAHA! You've passed! now! State your desire, human." The Monikawa exclaimed.

"Give me the gift and your blood." he said seriously.

The Minokawa stopped laughing and emmit a killing intent.

"Human, do you know what you just said?" a glint of cruelty can be seen in its eyes.

"Yes, The Gift and your blood. " he repeated.

"You bastard!" It suddenly shout, he felt like his ear was tearing apart and the blood on his ear can feel when it flood through his chin.

But he didn't take back his word.

"Are you going to take back what you promised?" he asked in a serious tone.

The Minokawa suddenly stopped.

'I knew it. they can't lie. once they did the half of their power will vanish and will took thousand of years to recover.' that's why an existence similar to Minokawa rarely speak. He must have underestimated my desire because he see my outfit as a little farmer boy.

He knew from the start that's why he gambled.

"I can give you the gift but my blood? not a chance." it said.

"Then my village safety for 10 years." he stated.

The Minokawa look at him with interest.

"Are you sure? I can't give you my blood but I can give you a treasures. any treasures you want, human!" it exclaimed while looking proud on his own richness.

"No need. Just guarantee their safety and that would be fine." The legendary treasure was definitely tempting but compared to the safety of his parents it means nothings. For a Minokawa, A 10 Years was just 10 hours or so. it doesn't matter to it.

"Well then, human. I will deploy my slaves here and nobody will touch the village of yours." it said with a proud look.

"I thank High being Minokawa then." He bow slightly.

with the protection of minokawa he can guarantee the safety of his parents and the other villager.

'10 years is enough, I can definitely beat that creature within ten years.'

Now he look at his stats.

His stats increase during the spar with the summon of Minokawa and the help of other beast that he killed.

The greatest gain was the gift.

He's thinking what monster should I get? Bakunawa? Dragon? A Minokawa is alsogood idea but its hard to get them for now.

he control his excitement and decided to went home and take a nap, he also need to help his father and his parents might know that he was missing.
