Outrageous Plan

3 p.m.

Fourth day after kidnap.

"…file 2801…file 2801…file 2801…"

Bryan kept pondering about the file and its contents. He didn't know why this file was so important and demanded a great deal of confidentiality, as stated in the retrieved mail, but he was certain about one thing: it was hiding a lot of secrets.

His curiosity kicked in and he wanted to find out what this was all about but then again his sense of caution kept warning him not to pry into it yet.

There were some things that bothered him and he needed to clarify them before making another move in this case.

First, if this file was so important and confidential then why would it be sent as a mail? Usually people who were into some kind of illegal deals would use a more secure means like writing a letter and afterwards burning the evidence.
