Treated It As A Prank

Bruce looked up at his wife, an amused look on his face. She was throwing a tantrum about being fat and having outgrown most of her clothes.

To him she was not that fat… well not like she was supposed to be. She was okay and he didn't see why she was being childish about it. Then again, pregnancy brings with it hormonal surge that can make one go mad.

He had to suppress his laughter so as not to attract her transferred aggression. Whenever his wife was annoyed she would become a little wrecking ball, just like her mother except that her mother is a wrecking ball all the time.

"You're not fat, Rachael, you're just pregnant." He comforted hovering his hand above his stomach to emphasise his point.

Rachael glared at him with a murderous glint in her eyes, "and whose fault is it that I am pregnant?"

Bruce raised both hands in surrender and sighed, "You did agree to it."
