"You do not!" Willow screeched with disgust at his words as he chuckled at her. He had a beautiful smile as kept his eyes focused on the road.
"Sure." He mocked
"Honestly being flustered does not equate to being turned on at all! I've gotten flustered over a number of things but not once have they become my kinks - so nice try Park Jungwoo."
His face immediately dropped at this. With a sigh he reclined in his chair and regained his coolly stance, and his speed gradually picked up as he went up the highway.
"I have no idea why you call me that." He drawled
"Well you never truly introduced yourself, and I read your name on a medical record sheet the way you read mine on my tag."
"Right." he glanced at her, "What about that Eva?"
Willow hummed.
"She's a bit - jumpy, but patient, she knows when to be patient. Don't worry too much."
He grunted at this, "Someone will have to watch over her then. Make sure nobody gets her before we do."
Willow had several questions floating in her mind. But she figured she needed to be settled to truly discuss the nature of their agreement.
And after an hour drive they arrived at what looked like a gated community.
A guard at the gate scurried away as he opened the gate for them and they drove straight down.
"You live in a community complex?"
"Yes. It's ours. We own the place. It's excellent as a cover up area."
And as he stopped the car after a long drive and he immediately exited and Willow followed, bags in hand to the tall handsome house.
They walked down the pebble lined gravel path up to the tall door.
With a code he opened the door and ushered her in, "Welcome home, Doctor."
"Damn." She whispered as she looked around the grandiose home decorated very contemporarily in mute dark and golden gleaming colours.
"If you weren't part of this gang shit you'd do well as an interior designer."
"How do you know I designed this?" He laughed
"It looks dark and sexy." She smiled
"So?"
"You literally scream dark and sexy."
With this he roared into laughter as he took her bags, "Alright give me these and sit down there."
He walked away to out her bags in stow leaving her to her thoughts.
A minute alter he returned, "Phone?"
She handed it over, "Someone is coming over to encrypt this then you'll be able to use it I suppose."
Willow nodded her head as he awkwardly stared at the phone
"You're not used to visitors are you?"
"No. Not really." he laughed
But she knew there was a lot more on his mind that just him being accustomed to her presence.
He stared at her and suddenly she felt a wave of sleepiness hit her as she rubbed her forehead, "Ah my head." She whispered
"Oh, you haven't slept all day have you?"
She shook her head as he beckoned her to come upstairs and she followed.
"This home is beautiful." She whispered again despite herself
"So you've said." He smiled, a smile that went unnoticed by her
And they came to a room that was large. Unnaturally large for a guest. She spotted her bags perched up on a shelf in a closet, full of clothes.
"Is this..." She mumbled as she stared around and noticed the room was occupied. Clothes strewn here and there, an ashtray, a book and empty cups.
"Are we sleeping in the same room?" She stared at him as he put his hands behind his back.
She stiffened at his sudden curt nature.
"Here's how this is going to work." He began
He had gone into full mafia mode.
"You're new around here. I don't know what your truest intentions are. I may believe you but I don't know for sure so I have to keep an eye on you. Secondly, a lot of men come here a lot, at anytime, I'd rather you be in my space - nobody ever comes in here, so less chance for anyone to try anything."
Willow was almost touched, "Aw, thank you, boss." She pinched his cheek as she went to her bags, "I see. As long as I'm getting what I want. I'll be changing now."
With a sigh he grabbed a pile of papers and made for the door, "Sleep tight." He called out as he went down the hall.
Leaving Willow to her own devices. She stepped into the bathroom and prepared herself for her nap, and a face cleansing and teeth brushing later, she was changed into a baggy shirt and shorts and staring at the unmade bed.
"He's such a guy." She said to herself as she attempted to straighten the sheets and crawled under the duvet.
It smelt like him. A very musky scent that was odd to Willow as she felt her sleep take over her. And she slept, unaware of the occurrences in the house and the comfort she suddenly felt as she dreamt of her chatting away with Park Jungwoo late at night about her favourite RnB artist in the bed right beside each other.
It was odd, for she felt completely herself in her dream with him, for the first time in a long while.
